I was at a loss this morning when I locked my keys inside the house. I went into the house for a split second, it wasn't until after I locked the door and closed it, that I realized the inevitable - I left the keys in the house on the shelf. And on top of that, my daughter had also left her key inside banking on the fact that her brother would get home before her. I had to be to work, I had to get her to school. The day was beginning to go to down hill, fast. I'm so thankful for Maness Lock And Key. I had no idea what locksmith to call, I called one locksmith only to get an answering machine that said to text them at the same number, but to no avail - they didn't respond either way. I was referred to Maness by the police dept. They were courteous on the phone and I even received a call to let me know they were near my residence. I have to say, I do apologize for calling back - I was in a panic but when the guy came out, he was very nice and it took him less than 2 sec to open the door, he was very professional and compassionate to the situation. I'm so grateful! Thank you so much Maness Lock And Key, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone! P.S. Don't call them back, they will definitely call you back even if they missed your call. They really are reliable =)

Lock myself out of my work vehicle at 8AM. Called and the guy who answered said he could get some out to me 30-45 minutes. Within 45 minutes I had someone out to help and into my van so I could get back to work. Can’t thank the man enough for coming out so quickly. Definitely recommend if you need someone to get the job done and not wait all day

These guys are amazing! The 2nd locksmith I've used since living in Greenville and the fact they are 24 hours saved my behind tonight!! The house gremlins had done away with my car key and with us having work tonight, and I had just ordered pizza for carryout; I was in a hurry to get a new key. They picked up on the 2nd ring. I love the service they provide with the utmost courtesy and professional any customer could ask for. Even in a frustrating moment, the locksmith managed to make a joke or something to ease the mood, for me, because I was highly irate when my car key was lost. I know it is not their job to lighten your mood, but he did a smooth job with making my replacement car key all while mildly making jokes and holding a hold conversation with the little ol' moody me. Today is one of the coldest days in North Carolina and this morning I locked myself out of my car. I contacted my insurance auto assistance services for free unlocking. After the estimated wait time of 60-75 minutes the service still didn’t arrive. Then found out it would be another 60-75 minutes! 3 hours of waiting and the business I was at would be closed by then, and I would be out in the cold. Coincidentally, I was explaining the predicament to the employee when Mrs. Maness happened to also be there. She said her husband is a lock smith. He will help me free of charge. I was a bit incredulous but sure enough, 20 min later, he pulled up with his van and got me in my car in minutes. He was so kind and refused payment, but asked me to go bless someone else. I immediately called roadside assistance and told them their contracted company was unreliable and to use Maness instead! I plan to spread the word on both the generosity and outstanding service. Thank you to the Maness family!

My family got home from Thanksgiving vacation in VA and discovered that my husband’s and our daughter’s cars were dead. We have just bought one of the cars and didn’t have a key to open the car. We called to get help and the man helped us to understand that our car had a hidden key in the remote. This saved us $50!!!! He could have come to the house and charged us to open the door.
