I needed the head of my wrench to be trimmed so that it could turn well with a modification I made under my motorcycle seat. La gentille dame qui m'a servie savait exactement les particularités de ce genre de clé, elle-même ayant une moto Kawa. Elle m'a demandé de revenir avec ma moto pour vérifier jusque où rentrait ma clé et adapter la coupe du double adéquatement. Quand je suis revenue avec ma moto environ 1h plus tard, un autre serrurier m'a aidée immédiatement même si d'autres clients attendaient à l'intérieur, il savait mes besoins. Cette priorité a été très appréciée. La clé a dû être taillée à quelques reprises pour bien rentrer dans l'ignition. Quand on a eu terminé, une caissière m'a rapidement fait payer (prix très abordable). Excellente première expérience à ce serrurier! Une cliente très satisfaite :)

We waited for someone the next day and they just called last minute saying that their guy couldn't come because there was construction around our building, which is not true.
