What a fantastic bunch of guys. Had a key cut for my sons car in mere minutes but stayed to talk after the fact. Friendly, great conversationalists plus fantastic prices. It was well worth the hour drive one way. Highly recommend this small shop. Thank you for everything.

Front door key broke inside my door and they came right down and made me a new one really quick friendly service great job for me and my 2 year old on a cold morning a year ago thank you again we will always call this company for all our key needs lol

My Schlage front door latch mechanism broke and all I could get at the large hardware stores was a complete new latch, handle etc. mechanism. Couldn't match the colour of the deadbolt so I had to buy a bigger set which included the deadbolt. Over $100 at that point. Went to Hec's and I was able to get just the latch for $20, and I installed it myself in a few minutes. Their staff are great too. I didn't know the correct terminology for any part of the assembly but he politely and patiently heard me out and found the right part to order in just a minute. It is fantastic to have these specialty hardware professionals in town.

I found this business on Google after experiencing a lock out situation due to a faulty handle on my front door. The business owner arrived ahead of schedule and was very polite and understanding. He quickly unlocked my door for me and charged me a very inexpensive price considering it was on a holiday and he was closed for the day. I would highly recommend this business.
