I was at the beach with my 3 young kids and accidently locked my phone and keys in the van. A kind stranger offered to let me use his phone, I got ahold of my husband to find a locksmith for us. I had never been to this particular beach before and wasn’t sure of our exact location. With the little information we gave, Major Locksmith was able to locate us quickly. He came faster than I expected, brought us a bottle of water and quickly saved us from the heat. We are so grateful for his swift and kind service!

Was in a Major pinch.... My brother was out to dinner with his wife and child celebrating his wife's birthday. My nephew, who's almost 2 closed the door to their car upon arriving at the restaurant neither parent realizing the keys were now locked in the car. After dinner they were to meet for a surprise airplane ride for his wife, something she would love to do. He called me for help and I picked them up taking them to the big surprise of her birthday (the plane ride). I told my brother not to worry I'd figure this out. I needed a key made same day to get a car out of storage. When I got a call back it felt like I was inconveniencing him. He said he would have to check his book to see if he had the code for the key. That was over a week ago. Never heard back. Two stars because at least he was the only locksmith in the area to return my call.

Well my key broke in my ignition and I was in Dover so I got it towed to the closest dealer which was hertrich Chevrolet. That’s was the biggest mistake!! I told them I had broken my key and they said it would be $129 to diagnose my car. I told them that was fine. They later called me to tell me it would be $1000.00 to make a key because they couldn’t get the key out and had to break and replace multiple parts. They told me they wouldn’t get to my car until Tuesday or Wednesday because they didn’t have the parts (it was Thursday). So I called around and the only locksmith that answered me was Martin. I explained what happened and He told me he could help me out. I called the dealer to pay the diagnostic fee and to let them know the tow truck was coming for my truck.They told me they had already started working on my car and took everything apart and it would be more then $129 because the workers had put time into the truck they pressured me to keep my truck there and said a locksmith wouldn’t be able to help me. I called Martin to let him know what was going on and he went above and beyond. He called the dealer himself and figured some things out for me. I then went to the dealer and asked to speak to the manager and it turns out the workers hadn’t taken my truck apart like they said. I called my triple A and got my car towed to my house . Martin had the key out of the ignition within minutes without having to break or replace any parts. He made two keys for me and programmed them rite in my driveway. He’s reliable, efficient and his prices are reasonable especially compared to the dealerships ????. If you have any key troubles this is your guy!

A key broke off in a security lock at my employer's storage locker, on Friday night. The lock could not be opened and I felt stranded in Georgetown. I had no clue who to call. I really lucked out by calling Major Locksmith. Martin told me he would be at the storage locker within an hour. He called to let me know he was close by and would be there shorty. He was professional, courteous, extremely honest and reliable. He went far beyond the call of duty to resolve my problem. I would recommend him to anyone. Hopefully, I won't need to call him again. But, rest assured, if I ever am in need of a locksmith, Martin is the guy I would call. I highly recommend him without hesitation. He was great and a really nice guy.
