We got locked out of the house, we lost our keys. Called jerry and he met with us after 20 minutes! The door was unlocked after 1 minute, and we asked him to make us keys set again which only took him 5 minutes! Super amazed! Jerry is also cool to talk to! Will recommend!

I wish I had read the reviews before I started calling, in particular the negative reviews. D had it right this man is quite rude and has no business being a locksmith. I called this rude man and explained that I had two homes which needed re-keying, and that I could meet him at one home, wait for him to finish and then take him to the second home. He told me to go to the first home and wait. When he had time he’d call me. I said I need a window of time, like noon-3, or 3-6pm, because I didn’t live in that home. He just hung up. My wife and I are seniors, disabled, and we share one care. To me it’s reasonable to ask for a window of time so I don’t have to leave my wife home alone and without a car. Evidently he didn’t need any more money. I called another locksmith who was very happy to have my work. Sometimes it pays to skip the first group google search gives and go with someone further down who needs the work and knows that manners still count.

Web site claims they are open 24 hours. Began calling at 6:30 a.m., no answer and no voice mail. Finally answered at 8:30, told me he'd check to see if he had the right key and let me know. Never heard back
