These guys are great. I had an issue with my home lock. They showed up very fast, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in just a couple of minutes. I heard about them through a friend who also had a great experience with a bigger issue than me. I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Boulder Mobile Locksmiths! I did a lot of research and called around to a lot of places. After doing all that research I picked Boulder Mobile Locksmiths. I decided they were the best, and it turns out I was right. The technician who I spoke with on the phone was really great. He was very knowledgable and very trusting. Boulder Mobile Locksmith is the type of business that really takes good care of you. The technician who came out to my house was also very friendly and nice. He had been with Boulder Mobile Locksmiths for a while, and really knew what he was doing. He fixed my car key situation so that I could drive again. The next time I need a locksmith I will definitely call only them and I recommend everyone do the same. They are top notch.

My car's ignition lock had siezed up. I couldn't start the car with the key. Boulder Mobile Locksmiths came within an hour or so of me calling them and repaired the ignition lock on the spot so I could keep using my same key. It took the locksmith about an hour. His final price was exactly as I was quoted over the phone when making my decision. It was an excellent experience in every way.

I recently lost my keyring with my house and mailbox keys on it. David came out quickly and was very friendly and professional. He was able to let me into my house, make a new key from my spare, as well as pick my mailbox and replace the whole lock for me. And it was all done pretty quickly! They were very clear on prices and services and I would definitely recommend if you ever find yourself needing a locksmith!

So these guys were available on a Friday afternoon in boulder and could be on site in 30 mins at a very reasonable rate to unlock my vehicle. When I managed to unlock it a few minutes after calling and requesting a locksmith they were totally understanding and courteous when I cancelled. No one wants to need a locksmith but I can't recommend this company enough if you do need one.

Russ came out even though he got a last minuet call before he closed and help us out of a real jam, where ALL other phone numbers we called went to a national call center then dispatched independent locksmiths saying they were in the city I was needing help in, and when the locksmith called I found out ALL 4 others were an hour out. Russ was 20 minn and I got HIM when I call. KEEP IT LOCAL KEEP IT SMALL, Russ and Boulder Mobile Locksmith just earned our business and all my referrals will go to him

I was locked out of my car mid day on a Saturday. Called. Really nice guy John answered the phone. Within 30 minutes locksmith Robin was on site and opened my Audi in probably less than a minute. Refused my tip. Really nice guys. Really professional. You absolutely cannot go wrong!!

Got my car key locked in my trunk. My insurance sent someone and he gave up right away because he said the make of my vehicle was really hard to do and left and told me I needed a locksmith. I called this place and Robin came and I explained to him what the guy before him said and he agreed it was difficult but amazingly he was able to pull it off without any damage to the vehicle. There is nobody I would trust more to get my keys out. Robin was great. I didn't leave him a tip even though I should have, but this hopefully makes up for it.

I called this company at 8 am describing my issue along with the make and model of my car. The person on the phone told me that a tech would make it out in 20-30 minutes. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes I receive a call from someone telling me that they don't know where the tech is and that they can't even help me with my issue (even though they already took my information over the phone). I literally waited outside on a Saturday morning for an hour and 40 minutes for no reason. This whole situation was handled so poorly.

It's never awesome to need a locksmith - so it is particularly appreciated when the person who shows up makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Boulder Mobile Locksmiths to anyone living in the mountains near boulder. They were the only locksmith I called that could even tell me they were certain that they provided service to my area. They scheduled me quickly and showed up on the day and time as agreed. This is huge if you live in the mountains! We moved here 4 months ago and Boulder Mobile is the first vendor (LP Gas Supplier, telephone, satellite internet, chimney sweep) to even show up on the specified day let alone the correct time! Our technician Vincent was timely, courteous, efficient and very pleasant to have in my home. Just great people to work with!

I had a guest at my home lock his keys in his bedroom. Boulder mobile locksmiths were the only company open til 7PM, so I did not have an after hours charge. The person on the phone told me my technician would arrive in 20-25 minutes, and David arrived promptly. He was super friendly and chatted with me about other locks in my home as well! He learned the locksmith trade in the Navy- thank you for your service - and was very knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable, and he even made copies of my keys for $2.50 each, which was super cheap and convenient for me. Highly recommend this company! Next time I need a locksmith I'll be calling Boulder Mobile Locksmiths first! Thanks so much!

I own a 2013 Ford Transit Connect van, which has one of the hardest keys to describe let alone duplicate in an emergency. I called over Boulder and Longmont and Boulder Mobile Locksmiths were the only company who had the machinery and key blanks to do the job! Thanks Guys!!

Called here at 5:31pm to ask for a locksmith to pick a deadbolt in my house. I was called back at 5:33pm by Russel, and at 5:47pm David was here picking my lock. I was very impressed by the speed of the dispatch, the low price, and the quality of the service provided by David. After opening the lock, he helped to re-align the lock so that it would be less finicky in the future, free of charge. This was the first locksmith I've ever had to call, and as long as I'm in the area Boulder Mobile Locksmiths will be the only locksmith I will call from this point forward. Very cheap, very professional, great service.

A wonderful young man from Texas provided 5 star service to repair my residential door handle which was broken off because my door was sticking. Not only did he repair my door handle, but he figured out why my door was so hard to open and he fixed that too! He was so polite, professional and sweet. I recommend this company highly. Great that they can you give you an exact price. However I was calling around town and told them I would give them a call back if I was to go with them. 20 minutes later, a locksmith from this company says they are on their way, that they can offer the best price, and can be available faster than anyone else. Maybe a miscommunication, but it rubbed me the wrong way, especially because at this point I went with another company who was already on their way.
