Amazing service!! I drove all the way out to Cultus Lake from Vancouver and accidentally locked my keys in the trunk. It was on a Sunday afternoon and Ryan still answered my call and arrived immediately to help resolve the issue. He arrived and resolved the issue all within an hour. I accidentally locked myself out of my dad's place as I was in the process of changing his front door lock getting his home ready for sale. Since I don't live in Chilliwack, I was stranded outside at 8am in 3 degree temperature. I called Around the Clock Lock and Ryan came over immediately. Coincidentally (and embarrassingly), I didn't realize that I had left another door to the house unlocked. So I wasn't stranded after all. Ryan and I had a good chuckle over this and he offered to help me get the new front door lock installed. Highly recommend using Around The Clock Lock. Hired them to rekey new home we purchased. Booking was easy and price was good. Kevyn arrived and was very nice. He struggled with some of the locks, so was here for a while. In the end he did 6 locks, but 2 of them were really hard to open and took us a while to figure out how to get the doors open (originally we thought they didn't work at all, but realized they were just really sticky, and had to be used in a very specific manner to get into the house). This was disappointing. We has 3 deadbolts we didn't have rekeyed because we were changing them, but the locks we bought were Weiser locks that could be programmed to match the new keys. Something about the keys Kevyn used or the way they were cut made them so they were not compatible with the system. So in turn we ended up having to reprogram all the locks we had just rekeyed to match the 3 new deadbolts, instead of the other way around. Turned out that we spent $200 and still ended up having to double the work and effort on our part to make it consistent in the end. Wasn't what we were hoping for from day 1 in our home. I can see lots of positive reviews about Ryan, who we didn't work with, and while Kevyn was very nice and courteous, the quality of the work was not consistent, and just left us with problems instead of solutions. I wish I would have taken more time to double check the locks and his work before he left so the problem could have been fixed right away, but I had a lot on my plate and assumed based on the reviews that the quality would be excellent, and didn't anticipate any concerns.

Ryan is the go to guy. I lost the keys for my van. After realizing how much of an idiot I am, I set forth to solve my dilemma. Called around and was given bad advice and what seemed like really high quotes. I used the "request a quote" on the Around the Clock website. Ryan replied promptly with a quote substantially cheaper than everyone else. He followed it up with a phone call that set me at ease that he knew what he was talking about. Low and behold, I come home from work to two programmed keys and a mechanical key for one third the price of what a competitor quoted. I stand behind this review. Ryan is amazing. I highly recommend him for any locksmith work. I had no ignition key for my car and it had been sitting for a couple months in the driveway. I finally emailed Around The Clock Lock before bed and in the morning at work, I already had a reply on my email and phone! When I called to schedule, Ryan was overly accomadating and stopped by my place the same day! He made me a new key and at such a reasonable cost! He had to come back the next morning because of a minor hiccup , but none the less, after a few laughs and trust, Ryan didn't let me down! Rysn, Going out of your way for others doesn't go unnoticed. Wonderful service I would highly recommend around the clock locksmith. I recently moved into a new (to me) home - I had 3 entrances with 3 different keys! Not to mention I have no idea who else still has keys to the house. I phoned and have been so impressed right from the first call. Not only did Ryan walk me through every step when I lost my keys but he worked on his day off, waiting all afternoon until I could arrange a tow truck to get my vehicle to him. When they arrived I had one non-functional ignition key, and when they left I had two functioning ignition keys and new house and related keys to replace those lost.
