I broke my key in my trunk!!! at around 4:00 pm on a Sunday SMH. No I do not have a spare key. I have been trying to get a spare key for my 2005 Malibu all year. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE COULD MAKE ONE. I broke my trunk key lock off and took it to Mark with the other half . I feel soo badd all the trouble he went through to get pieces of my key out of that lock. He cut himself several time trying to get as much of my key out as possible :(.....This man is sooo good he made me a key using what was left of my broken jammed key. I drove to my car praying that it worked in all his efforts I still wasn't sure is it would work, because no one could ever do it before... I put my key in my car door to open it and it opened right up! I was nervous to start my car up but it started right up!!! I CRIED AND ME AND MY COUSIN BOTH HUGGED LOL AND WAS JUMPING INSIDE OF MEIJERS PARKING LOT. MARK IS GREAT AT WHAT HE DO AND HE GOES OVER AND BEYOND HIS JOB. IM SHOCKED AT HOW ONE MAN CAN PUT PIEACES OF A BROKE KEY TOGETHER, (YET I COULDNT GET NO ONE TO MAKE ME A SPARE KEY OFF HAVING MY ENTIRE KEY IN WHOLE). WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT MARK. I appreciate his time and effort because I know this literally didn't benefit him not one bit. Thank God

Seriously who buys a car that does not have a door key? This guy. Who has friends that lock your doors without asking if its cool? This guy. Who not only unlocked my doors but hooked me up with some keys without replacing the locks? Yep, Z's Lockout Service. Who gave me crap about having to replace locks and stuff? Yes, everyone else I contacted. Now I can not only lock my vehicle whenever I want but I don't have to worry about the doors being locked. I even got extra keys in case I lock them in like some sort or crazy person. Glad to know if I get in this situation again or just really need the help. Z's will get the job done pretty much before you are off the phone with the other guy. Highly recommended.

I literally locked myself out of my car and called "Z Lock smith" because of the good review I seen. When I called them I was quoted that it was gonna cost me 75$ to get my g6 unlock but my bill ended up being 120 but since I was short out of cash I only had to payed 110. Very disappointed

I called on a weekend evening because my husband locked himself out of his car while at work. Help arrived promptly. Another plus was that I was able to make a payment over the phone instead of driving from Marysville to Warren. Z's provides awesome customer care and service. A++++ in my book.

I couldn't believe how amazing the service was. I was locked out of my store, called 5 locksmiths, all closed on Saturday's. Called Z's, got an answer within 10 seconds. He arrived within 15-20 minutes to the store, had to pick the lock in an awkward position, still humbly only charged me the minimum. It was a tough lock, and he still went for it. Got it done within 5 minutes. Was nice and calm about me taking a minute to count the money, and was an all around wonderful person. I've never had better customer service.

Never showed up, tried calling them after waiting for 3 hours only to have them not answer my calls. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Edit:. Locked my keys in my car on a while on a delivery, called Z's lockout and within 10 minutes he was there and got into my car within seconds. Only charged me half of what the other locksmith was going to charge me. Definitely would call again if this situation were to happen again.

I had a great experience using Z's Lockout Service. I broke my key in the trunk of my car and the dealership told me it would be thousands of dollars to change all of the locks on my car. I called Z's and Mark came out within two hours and removed my key and made 3 copies within an hour and charged me $125 which was a great deal. I would definitely use this service again!

My tech was so sweet and personable! I called a little late in the day (5pm) but he came and was done within an hour replacing my ignition and programming my key. I was updated at every chance so he knew i understood what he was doing and deserved my excited hug afterwards lol. Totally a first choice from now on. Great local business!

Mark came by to and changed a lock on one of my commercial doors at my business. After he finished he failed to return the entry key to door of the business. After being contacted by my office he told them that he took the key, and Mark said he would promptly between return the key between 4-5pm that day, which he never did. My office tried to contact mark in the days following and he refused to answer the phone or return the key. Deal with this clown at your own risk he has a problem answering his phone after collecting your money. So please be cautious when dealing with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to do any work anywhere.

I locked myself out of my car around midnight on a saturday. I called a local locksmith and they wanted an outragous amount of money so I called Z's to get a price. The guy charged me nearly half of what the other comapny wanted and was there within 20 minutes. I will definatley be saving their number in my phone.

Horrible pricing, quoted me over the phone for 1,500 $ for installation of a mag lock and buzzer when 10 other places quoted under 500$! I wouldn't use these guys for any of my commercial needs I actually wouldn't even bother calling these rip offs!!!! If negative stars were a option You would've gotten -5!!!! 10-7-16 @ 11 a.m

This was the best experience money can buy! Not only was he quick to arrive, affordable, and unlocked the car in moments, he was a major pleasure to see!!! Looked like he stepped right out of the gym, or perhaps right out of a male strip club or movie, this guy was amazing to look at. My friend and I joked about locking the keys back in the car just to get him back out here. AMAZING! Sweet, friendly and WOW!!!! Ladies, lock your keys in your car!!!! It is totally worth it!

Needed new locks installed on two different doors of the house. Called 3 different companies before i landed on Z's Lockout. Every other company was overcharging way to much! Z's charged me much less then the other locksmith companies and was at my house in 15 minutes. The guy also got it done extremely fast and i am very pleased with how the new locks look/work. Fast, Friendly, Affordable! I would recommend Z's Lockout to anyone.

this isn't the first time I've locked my keys in my car, but this is the first time I've been told the price depends on how hard it is to get into the car, over the phone, & then be told I need to pay $104, by the actual locksmith, before he even looks at my car. I was told 20 minutes from start & it took a total of 2 hours just to get someone out there. this place is a rip off in my opinion. I have never paid that much for that service. bad. by the way, it took less than 3 minutes to get into my car.

Called at 7:30 on a friday to have my fiances jeep looked at because the key would not start the car. Told me someone would come out to check the key. Waited until 9:30 with no response. I called back said he would call his supervisor to have someone come out and call us back. Waited until 10:25 called him again to no answer repeatedly. Never heard back from him since and he was the owner he has no supervisor.
