Mary was very nice and easy to speak with and she set me up with Don who could help us with an over 100 year old family safe that we needed to get into. Don came to the house, gave me options, was very knowledgeable about very old safes like ours and just when we thought we would have to take a lot of time and money to get the safe open, while tinkering with it he got it open for us! He knew exactly what to look for and how to adjust our combination to open this vintage safe and saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars and time by getting this open for us. I highly recommend this company!!!

If you need extra keys for your truck or car, call Village Locksmith and stay away from the dealership who will rob you blind. I only had one key for my truck so I would've had to pay $100 to tow my vehicle into the dealership, pay $150 plus tax for a diagnostic when both my truck and I said the key is bad, then pay $380 plus tax for a key. Village only charged me $175 for a new key and they came to me. Call Village Locksmith and save a ton of money.

I had a key for my apartment copied at an ACE Hardware and a Home Depot and their copies wouldn't open my door but the copy I had made here worked! Also $2 a key is a good price considering it was $3 a key at ACE

Not a fan of anyone who just opens my apartment door, without knocking, and just comes in expecting to do his job without previous warning. My second experience with him wasn’t much better. We’ve been trying to get him to change our apartment locks for 2 months now (in this town, you don’t really have a second option for a locksmith), but he usually ends up leaving during the job, or just never shows up when we’re told he will. UPDATE. The day after I posted this review, I was told he would show up on August 30th (today) and so he did finally show up, and AGAIN, left without changing my locks. How is this even happening? What are you getting paid to do????

Doug came out and after trying to program a new key and ignition on a 2009 Ford Focus and not receiving a signal noticed I had cracked the ignition immobilizer while installing the new ignition. Had some keys programmed here and they were able to do it for A LOT LESS than the dealer wanted to charge me. I made an appointment at the store and they were prompt. The tech had trouble programming one of my keys, but he worked on it and worked on it until it finally functioned properly. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you are ever in need of any locksmith services.

Highly recommend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We called because we had both keys stolen for a '12 Explorer which left us with a useless vehicle sitting in the driveway. Was told she would call back with an estimate, but that it would be around a week to get us on the schedule. The office called back within a half an hour with the estimate and that they could squeeze us in on the next business day. Doug just left our house and left us with 2 working keys and my wife said he is possibly the nicest man she has ever met. Great service, great price, and great people to work with.
