Edit: The guy who shows up was price gouging against the prices on the website. Be ready to negotiate with a person who wants to scam you. Man when I see a price on a web site I expect to get it. I was quoted $120 for a service I knew would take a minute and it did take 30 seconds. I spent more time telling him his website pricing did not agree to $120 to the 30 seconds he worked to open my door. Wondering about the other reviews. Recommend Talk to your guys owner. I had to sleep on this review. I prefer to give a 4 or 5 for good service. I required lockout service for my car. I knew it would take a minute to get in, drive time for the man, etc. I received great customer service and the guy was prompt and on the time frame given. My quote was $120 which was double the website cost. I was not in a rush, so I had other options. Negotiated to $85. Still not what I expected. Suggestion to this company: Update the website or tell your guys what is advertised. Thank you for your service, but if I ever need service again...maybe.

Im currently waiting on service right now I called just 10 minutes ago I will give my feedback as soon as service is done. I would like to point out that after reading all these reviews and seeing the owner is willing to respond to most of the reviews shows great respect for his customers a lot of business owner would not even respond so my hat goes off to him for that. stand by for my service review. So he stayed in contact with me with ETA's arrived give or take 5 mins of expected time. He was in my truck within 5 minutes one small draw back was only when you call the operator should let you know its an estimated price lucky for me I had 5 more bucks. still not a bad price over all but to some it could effect your credibility. Thx for the help guys you still get 5 stars from me. Also he was very cool and approachable.

Called to have office door unlocked. I asked about charges and lady said $29 to come out and $55 to unlock. I even confirmed and said "so about $85?" And she said has. I then told her this is a business and I can only pay with check and she said that is fine. Gentleman that came out was courteous but before opening the door he asked for a payment and informed me it will be $184 and that he only takes cash or credit card. I told him I was specific check only so he called in and they agreed to a check. We had no choice but to have him unlock at that price, which took about 15 seconds or less. They had me write a check to Tik Tak LLC which is not the name listed here. There was nothing special about our door to upcharge another $100!

The service was great. I called the day we closed on a new home and they were able to come out that evening. The technician was polite, and very helpful with what turned out to be a larger purchase than we had originally anticipated. We had multiple locks re-keyed, one deadbolt replaced, and even a new deadbolt freshly installed. He matched the colors to the current hardware without having to be prompted and was very upfront and honest about anything unusual he encountered. I would recommend this company to anyone buying a home!

They are terrible. A locksmith rekeyed my locks in Jan. 18th and the tumbler keeps turning around. They said it would be $15/lock and $29 when it should've been $79 for the service call. When he was done changing the locks the total was$258. Someone was supposed to come out on this Wednesday and he never showed up. Then I called today and the answering service woman was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. I'm going to report them to BBB on Monday, March 18, 2019.

The good part is they were able to come out and rekey my building quickly, but the bad news is the prices they show on their website is not what they charge. I had them come out without a quote and was charged almost double what was on the website. GET A QUOTE FIRST!!

So add dishonesty to their core values. Someone from this company responded that they record their calls and didn't quote me $85 for 3 locks... uhm did you go back and listen to your calls? Because the woman I initially spoke to clearly stated it was $25 to rekey normal locks and $35 to rekey a deadbolt. 25+25+35 is $85. At no point did she mention additional costs incurred for a trip fee. Then 40 minutes later i spoke to her again and i was told she quoted me your flat rate pricing, but the guy she called to perform the job stated he didn't want to do it today for anything less than $220. She followed up that if i could wait a dayvor two she could find a different guy that would do it for less. Do you even perform locksmith jobs or are you a referral service to others companies? I spent $35 at lowes and replaced the 3 locks and door knobs this afternoon. If you actually record your calls, first you dont tell your customers that they're being recorded and second you evidently dont listen to the recordings prior to trying to save face with regards to a poor Google review. Or you did listen to it, realize what your employees did and are blatantly lying to discredit a poor google review. So which is it? Are you a piss poor manager or a blatant liar? Way to be constructive with a dissatisfied customer!

My Swedish car decided to lock me out, with the motor running, the day after Christmas. I screwed up and missed the return phone call. So, 3 hours later, running out of gas, Thomas came out and popped it in a minute. So I run to the gas station and he is at the pump next to me. I go to fuel up and my fuel door won't open. First time it ever locked in a decade. Well, Thomas took out a screwdriver and popped the fuel door in short order. Great employee, nice guy. I'll never call anyone else. Thanks again. Bob Davidson

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The woman who answered the phone was super rude and talked with attitude. I called and asked for a locksmith to come out ASAP, because my husband needed to go to work, and they told me 25 minutes but NEVER came!! I called to cancel services and when I called they had already canceled the driver and hung up on me THREE TIMES! I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Just called to inquire about unlocking my car the lady I spoke with was just plain rude. I almost wanted to say no thank you then and there but I really needed my car unlock so I waited for technician to call. Finally called and I asked how they unlock the cars and that is when he too go rude with me.....after that is when I said no thank you and hung up. The lady on the phone kept repeating herself how professional you all are...yeah right....And that is why you just missed out on $70 bucks worth of business and no future business at that!

This is one company that I will never ever and strongly recommends no one use this company. I was locked out of my apartment and I called them, they said they would be there in 15 minutes. After about an hour and a half past ,and they still not there I called and he said he was 15 minutes away. wait another half hour call back to tell him I'm getting someone else now he say he's only 2 minutes away. Another 10 minutes and he's in the apartment complex across the street. when my apartment is a few feet from the street that I have gave him with the number clearly showing and he couldn't find it. Now he insist on cash after being told when I call for the appointment that they accept debit cards .I did not have that much cash so he wanted to follow me to the bank which I did accommodate him. Handed him the cash and ask for a receipt he said I would receive one shortly electronically. Several hours later I called him to ask about the receipt he told me to complain with the company and hung up. WOW!! Call the company they said they don't do electronics receipts. I explain to them what happened they said they would send me a receipt shortly never happen. call the next day and they will not even answer the phone pick the phone up and hang up. Wow I'm sure this is the type of company you want to do business with.

The guy charged me 140$ to unlock my car. Before I could even finish filling out the one short page of paperwork, he was done. Then they charged me an additional 10% to use credit because I didnt have enough cash, so the total cost was 153$. Mind you they told me 24-65 dollars on the phone. I hope someone, anyone can just learn from my lesson and not contact this place. Also I waited 3 hours when I was told 25 minutes - 1 hour over the phone. Very let down.

I only called them for a simple lockout service while still at work and was given a 6am-10am window. I ended up getting a phone call a quarter after 8am from them informing me that the locksmith was an hour away from my location and he was on his way. To my surprise the locksmith shows up nearly 2 hours later only to have me standing beside my vehicle waiting while he remains inside his truck.

After contacting multiple locksmith company's i finally landed upon SafeKey. These guys are truly professionals i don't even know if the others i called are even real locksmiths they made a big deal about my car key as if no one could make it and recommended i go to dealer, those dealer prices are insane!!! SafeKey came out made me this key within 30 mins and programed it best locksmith in Macomb county with out a doubt i would know i called 12 others and none of them could make this key.

If you're looking for a locksmith search no more. This is the best local locksmith company ive found they have such a wide variety of services they offer very informational. I recently purchased a house in Macomb County Fraser Michigan to be exact and i lost the key!!! The unlocked my house with ease, not only that they also installed new locks on to my door it's great digital keypad!!! They also informed me about rekeying locks and they were able to make my new locks key match my old locks key truly amazing. I was shocked at all the services a locksmith company could offer. I never knew they could make car keys even the ones with a chip or transponder whatever its called. Apparently this company specializes in Automotive, Commercial, Residential services. They are definitely the best nearby locksmith so glad i found them and thank you SafeKey!

We asked for a quote so we could quote our customer on the job. They told us twice that it would be $65 to program both keys after we installed the new PCM. When the tech showed up he instantly changed the story and doubled the price but then told me he was doing me a favor by programing both keys which we were told upfront they would do for $65. When I said that your phone people shouldn't be quoting people if they were highly uncertain of the price he made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience. He made it sound like that was normal operating procedure.
