When I called to have help having my car key made they told me that they should be at my location about 6:30. About 10 minutes later I was contacted and was asked since the appointment before me called and rescheduled for the morning if they could come out early. I said yes please by 5:10 pm. They showed up and had me back up and going with in 1 hour. The price was definitely cheaper then going to a dealer to buy a new key. Wonderful people, service, and quick for what had to be done. I was so happy that they were able to help because I live in Elyria in Lorain County and have to work in the am. If I have any more issues I will be calling them again. Again thank you very much for everything and may be we will see the worker on a Friday night for the buffet at the Old School House.

Lee worked with me and my 2013 VW Passat. It was an incredibly difficult application. Lee stayed with it including an offer to work on it when the car was with my son in Columbus. The application required reaching out to a national network of techs which was done in addition to studying to capture the nuances of the application. Lee was tremendous in staying with the project and ultimately fixed it.

I called to have a lock removed. He asked me what I need done. After I told him, he said he would pass. He sounds like he has bad attitude on the phone and had zero interest in helping me. I questioned him why he's even in business and he arrogantly told me he's got plenty of business. I wouldn't recommend even calling this joker who shouldn't be self employed.

Lost my only set of car keys last night and woke up in a panic. Called Popalock first thing in the morning and spoke with Lee. She told me she would be out to help me and was here exactly when she told me she would be. Had a new set of keys made within an hour and for a very good price. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend to anyone who ever needs a locksmith.

Called about being locked out of my car. I asked if they come out to Valley City and he said yes. As soon as I started mentioning being locked out of my car, the person that answered interrupting me before I could finish my sentence, stating that he was booked and couldn't come out. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Broke down and called several lock smiths. No one could seem to help my particular situation . Finally I called Pop-a-lock and they sent Lee. She was absolutely wonderful and one of the few who could not only fix my ignition and Also my relay switch. She made an extra trip out at no cost to me in order to make me a second key that the computer was not able to read the day I broke down. Lee is very pleasant , and extremely polite. She was a true delight and I would highly rccomend her to anyone. Will definitely be calling on Pop-a-lock for any and all of my future lock smith needs .
