We recently have moved into a rental - that we love! However , the past tenets are not people whom we’d want gaining access into our home. Despite having claimed that they returned all sets of keys upon leaving, we weren’t willing to risk them or anyone else having a copy of the original. Alex was here within a day of my request of his services!He rekeyed both doors and all locks quickly , effectively, and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service!!! I was in a very difficult situation and Alexander came out after hours to replace locks, install a new deadbolt and rekey another deadbolt. He charged a very reasonable price. To top it off I felt very comfortable working with Alexander as he has received both COVID vaccines!!! Very courteous and professional - on time and did excellent work!

I left a long detailed message for him to call me back for a key replacement for my car…and now, over 28 hours later, he still hasn’t called! That is very unprofessional to not call a potential customer back in that time frame when I had an immediate need! I ended up calling Advance and within an hour they were at my place, and in ten minutes I had a new key and FOB. Simple! MacGyver…don’t tell me that you’ll call me back on your voice recording and then don’t. My time is valuable too…and picked you first since you were closest. I left a detailed message with my number, slowly, two times. Advance called me back twice to follow up when MacGyver wouldn’t. Advance wanted the business…evidently you didn’t. Not calling people back with something as important as keys for a car is unprofessional and rude.

Alexander did a fantastic job installing new locks at our house. Because the borehole of the previous deadbolts were smaller than the newer standard lock sizes, Alexander had to widen the hole prior to installation, which he did ably. He did quick work and was friendly and good to talk with. Highly recommended!

Alex got me back in, helped me troubleshoot the issue, and helped me come up with a plan to make sure this issue does not happen again. I did not want to post a negative review of Alex at Mcgyver Locksmithing. Alex never completed programming the remotes for my 2009 Acura TSX. I drove out to his house 3 times to get my keys programmed this past November 2020. None of my keys will lock/unlock the doors and one of the keys will not start the car. I've left numerous voicemail and texts messages for Alex these past months and heard nothing back from him. I know his business had great reviews and that is why I called him in the first place program my keys. My experience with Alex at MacGyver Locksmithing has been very disappointing.

We found just that with MacGyver Locksmithing. The story: we called Alex because I locked myself out of my house (don’t ask…) and he responded in 2 minutes. He told me what his car would look like and gave me a card as soon as he drove up. He was very respectful of the situation (that I was alone with my son) and he made me feel safe. We liked him so much that we had him back the next week to change every lock on our house. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience with macgyver locksmithing he was prompt, professional and Courteous. I had just had a break in that day and was extremely in shock and scared. He immediately came over put in a temporary door frame repair until i could find a carpenter to fully repair the door. He also installed new higher grade deadbolts and also went around to check my two other doors as he replaced those locks as well. Informed me of some home security systems both professional and do it yourself kits. I was amazed at his excellent services. Highly recommend not only for his expertise but his kindness.
