Jeff was very nice over the phone and in person .Programmed my Fob, it was a bit of a challenge but it all turned out good. I would recommend to a friend, and I will return as a customer . But use Google Maps to find him, other places take you to a different place in downtown Elyria.

NEED A NEW CAR FOB and KEY....CALL JEFF! If you need a LOCKSMITH....CALL JEFF! I called multiple locksmiths and got a whole bunch of different answers. Jeff is EXTREMELY HONEST, and will work with you to provide the best service and options! I needed a second Key and Fob for a 2018 Vehicle....He gave me all the options....he could sell me the FOB, as well as cut key and program the FOB, or I could purchase my own FOB and he simply cut the key and programmed the FOB. Save me well over $100 for what others told me! I did a lot of phone calls and research before landing on JEFF....BEST IN THE AVON/LORAIN/GREATER WEST SIDE! HONEST, POLITE, HARD WORKING, SINCERE, and VERY REASONABLY PRICED! You will be GLAD you did!

Great service . Jeff was a very honest and knowledgeable guy. I called and had no problem scheduling and appointment for him to program my new key fobs I had purchased. Never knew this little gem of a place was even there. I was spreading the new of his location and service for the Elyria area. Prices are good too. He is the go to guy.

Jeff showed up on the same day I called to have a lock rekeyed. Although there was an issue with the door hardware, he did not try to upsell me. He was able to get the door to work properly without any new hardware. I highly recommend Fitch Locksmith!
