Do not use this company if you’re a tenant dealing with an invasive landlord or property manager. I have security footage, police investigation and housing enforcement investigation and they still wouldn’t give me the time of day to legally change my locks. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Very rude. Response to owner: It is legal for any tenant to change their locks themselves, as long as they provide the landlord with a key. That does follow the Act. But that’s fine, one of your competitors was happy to help me.

Fantastic experience. The guy that came out was friendly, he re-keyed the door quickly, and cut 3 keys for the new set up. I was surprised by how quickly he was done. The price was very fair and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had locks re-keyed on a new home we recently purchased. First off I scheduled an appointment and they called me day-of with a 30 min warning of when the locksmith would arrive. Charlie came to my new (not new) house to fix all the entry doors that did not seem to close or lock properly. Not only did he fix ALL the doors so that I don’t need to use my shoulder to close them...but he also re-keyed all the entry doors so now I only need one key!
