When I went here they set me up with free coffee and worked with me and AAA to get a good deal. I really like this spot. And they're good with Volvo keys too, which is kinda rare.

Happy to find a reasonably priced solution for the 2nd (chip) key I needed for my '06 Wrangler. Once back at base, Emir took no time getting my new key cut and setup so I could be on my way. Only went 4 stars since the cut seems a wee bit off as I hafta jiggle the key a little to open the tailgate lock. Be advised that E & A's temporarily located on the SE corner of 105th & Lorain, which is somewhat of a hassle, esp. in the 3 o'clock hour when cars clog the curb side of Lorain waiting to pick up their kids from skool. Will definitely be back should I need lock or key work in the future.

Amir was amazing! I had a key made at a hardware store after the dealership never called me back to schedule a key service. The hardware store cut the key correctly only on ONE side. The second time I used the key it got stuck in the ignition. I called Amir at E & A and within an hour he was fixing the problem. He had to take the ignition cylinder out of the car to get the key out! He then cut and programmed a new (and better) key. Can not say enough nice things about this company. Professional, kind and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely use E & A again!

I like this Lock Service they're very efficient and their customer service is great I don't like that I have to go away on the westside to go visit them cuz I live on the east side but either way it go that doesn't matter the most important fact is I go in the Westside because I can rely on the keys they're made correctly all the time and they have a very very wide selection of keys to choose from I mean different decorative shapes and animals and pictures and flags and anything you name it they got character handle for the keys would you like to come when you go other place they don't have a selection like that so I think that A&D locksmith services is great if you're ever in the city of Cleveland and you need keys made go there cuz you can choose from different key Styles and patterns and I hope the colors which is a great thing for me because I own a lot of businesses so by me on a lot of businesses I get confused about Keys even with the colors cuz you only got so many colors to use for keys so unless you got them on different Rings you know exactly where they're at it's kind of confusing but with their keys you can choose different shapes and different sizes and different colors and different characters to Define which keys are which but then again you have to have a good memory for that but LOL just joking great service great Keys E&A Locksmith

Well worth the money! I recently left my key fob in Phoenix and these guys were incredible. In and out of my lot in less than twenty minutes and cut two fobs that were directly from the vehicle manufacture. The car start up was effortless with both fobs and I can still run both remote starts. I highly recommend to anyone in a pinch, especially in the vehicle category.

Got the job done,but far as professionalism.....yeah forget it.Its best to just get your key made and be done with these guys. Bad accents leads to miscommunication which leads to higher prices at the end. They did not run down all the price options clear. Went from $100 buck to $150. He should had told me that before he even came out. Good for just getting a key made,bad professionalism and that's that. What a douchebag man.I hope I don't ever have to replace a car key again!!! I would give no stars, but like I said at least the key worked.

Waited 5 hours for service, was told one more hour, 15 more minutes multiple times. Woman showed up with a man and children in her car, which we did not know about. Her boss on the phone tried to get us to pay him several time before successful service was performed. The boss then called several times harassing us. Lady left will the key and boss continues to call and say he will send people to take the money from us. Awful service, very unprofessional.

I had brought my car in because a guy was going to work on my car and the light come on the dash that my key was in a lock mode. They charged me 450. dollars to reprogram it and removed my automatic start. Later I Talked to my son and said all that they had to do was turn the key 3 times and it would be fine. I didn't even make it home because it was loosing power. I just replaced the throttle body. Then I got home and I got a new battery and alternator, that was the reason the light come on. Smh, turn the key 3 times was all it needed.

I went here to have my keys programmed they could not be programmed beacause the radio was not working which is connected to all the Audio so Samo told me if I let him fix the radio that the dealer told me it was shot then he could prgram my keys E & A programmed and fixed th radio for 3/4 of the price of the dealer. Because I'm located near by but was unable to start my car Emir sent his crew member to change my ignition lock cylinder the following day as he said. This man is a miracle worker! I called every locksmith in northeast Ohio looking for someone that could replace a Volkswagen Gti key, and not one could do it. Not wanting to tow it to the dealership, luckily I found E&A. He came out & worked hours but was having a problem. The next morning I was going to have to tow it to his shop. He wanted to try one more time after calling VW directly. It worked!! To anyone with a European vehicle that only has one key, get a spare! Trust me, it will save you a LOT of headache later. Rarely do I see such professionalism, patience and persistence these days. Thank you so much I will be telling anyone I know looking for a locksmith where to find the best! This is an honest & dependable company.

Have a 2006 Acura RL I bought used and it only had one key/fob. The dealership was willing to replace (at a crazy price) so called Emir, Robert and Gus A based on their stellar reviews. Google is again accurate, I talked to them on the phone and they said swing by. When I arrived they showed me how I could have a programmed spare key (passed on the driver 2 FOB though it was half the dealer price). Emir cut the key, ran out to the car, programmed and tested while I waited. Fantastic service and good conversation too. From the shop and technicians you could tell you were in an organization that was top line professional. The rare addition is they are brilliant and courteous. Don't go anywhere else. Emil welcomed that I told him he earned a positive review and even gave me a free key ring. Keep up the great work team.

Needed a new keyfib for my Kia Soul. My key is pretty much a pain to make but they kept working on it till it was just right. The Kia dealership wanted to charge over $200 for just the key with keyfob. I paid $110 and they made me just a plain spare key without the keyfob. This locksmith charged our family $150.00 to pick a lock in our home.What really happened was , the worker damaged the lock so badly the key would no longer work at all.I explained the whole situation to Emir.I was no longer interested in doing any business with a company that destroy’s the lock.I asked for the money back.He blamed the poor workmanship on another locksmith, he then blamed me for having a certain type of lock.He refused to pay the price to replace or fix the lock. I do not recommend this company, it has been nothing but costly and aggravation since the worker arrived at our home.I would rate a zero if I could.

I called the locksmith and specifically asked if they made mercedes benz keys and explained to them that I needed a key to the trunk. I asked him how much it would be and he told me it would be $45.00. I sent my daughter who is 23 years old, and he had her wait for an hour and then told her it would be $250.00 A key cut at the dealership is only $70. Stay away from this place.

Got me a key made but they wont take a debit or credit card unless it's over $10. Dont understand why businesses do this. Most people now a days use debit/credit cards. Keys are only $4 here. But I only needed one. Inconvenience for customers. Will not go here again nor recommend anyone.

VERY BAD SERVICE. I called this company this morning to tell them that I would be bringing my Honda to them, as the passenger door key lock was frozen and I wanted them to fix it. The guy I spoke to could barely speak English, but he told me to be there at 10 am today (Saturday morning). I went there and waited near the front desk in the waiting area. He said "ten minutes, boss come in 10 minutes". FORTY MINUTES later he was still saying "ten minutes, boss come in 10 minutes". I was unable to get my car fixed at this place and had to take my business elsewhere. I should NOT be surprised though. This is the new NORMAL for customer service in the USA. UNBELIEVABLE.

Sam was really nice to me, and very accommodating. He even gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my car was ready. (Not sure that they can always do that, so check in advance, eh?) I know nothing about mechanical things like this, but he patiently explained everything to me and the AVITAL remote start system I had installed works perfectly. E&A provided exceptional service for me. They were sent as a partnering organization by AAA to help after my keys had been lost in an elevator shaft (I know). Samo’s assistance on site allowed me to get a new key for my car at a fair rate. His help turned a stressful situation into a much better one. Lucky for me, the old keys were able to be rescued from that elevator! The coding for the chip in the key that starts the car was different for the new key and old one by nature of making the key off site. I gave Emir a call, and within minutes he fixed it remotely while I sat in a parking lot. E&A Locksmith is worth your time and money. I purchased a used 2010 Lexus RX350 and was only provided with one key. I got ahold of a spare key and needed the 'smart key' to be programed. Called numerous shops, most who either couldnt cut and program a Lexus key or would give me the round-around about "maybe" being able to do it. The tech was two hours late. He got there and was unable to unlock the door. His solution was to destroy the door knob. He had to take the lock to another location, which meant I had to wait another hour and a half. Another tech showed up with little to know instructions. He re-installed the lock with an old, dented door knob that he must have gotten from another job. It took E & A almost 5 hours to complete this job. They were very unprofessional; there was no communication; and I was charged $100 more than I was quoted. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Had AAA RV Premium and when called on SUNDAY for locksmith service they said they do not provide even though their web says it does! Needed to get in RV on returning from trip and would not open. They gave me E & A and said they would not pay for it but is who they use. they have 24 hour service. I paid and I would recommend to ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP. Professional...timely..technician well trained..got me in RV and had lock working and was careful to make sure it was securely connected inside..I have a couple keys I have desperately tried to find duplicates for and no one has..will be paying them a visit soon. As for AAA Premium RV tell everyone it is not worth the money..they say locksmith service covered but when called said they would not pay!
