I cannot begin to say enough good things about Action Locksmith. I made an appointment to have all my house locks changed on a Friday afternoon. The customer service was beyond outstanding. Due to the high traffic patterns on a Friday night, the representative (JR) called me 20 mins prior to my appointment to tell me he was going to be late due to traffic. He was only 5 mins late. Very courteous as opposed to keeping me waiting. Also, I have a keyless lock which has been confusing. He downloaded the manual for me, and showed me how to make changes. He was also very respectful of my home by wearing booties which I appreciated since I love my hardwood floors. In addition, JR was so polite and thoughtful and came across as trustworthy. I will never use another locksmith and I do hope the company can continue to hire quality folks like JR.

Best Locksmith ever lost my car keys and happen to call Mark from action he made keys to my car within 30 minutes The price was reasonable not like the others that quoted me $15 to come out and would not give me a actual price would recommend to friends and family thank you mark!!!!!!

Mark and RJ came out and were pros all the way. They were assigned to my store by my landlords assistant. I wish I knew them years ago. They are experienced, professional and most importantly, reasonable. This is a shady industry with a lot of price gouging SOB’s. These guys were fair and reasonable. Transparency, efficiency, timely. So many words to describe my very positive experience. Our front door at our Waterford store finally works like a charm. Thanks Action Locksmiths. When he arrived, he performed the entry quickly and responsibly and gave me an explanation about the tool he used and some information about my lock. Excellent communication and great service. While I didn't use this service, I have to share my experience with RJ and his teammate (who I can't remember his name I'm sorry). Long story short I lost my car key in Lake Huron on Saturday which happened to be my birthday. I called to see if they made keys or get me in my car. They immediately started to help me and gave me others to call since they couldn't get to us until later. They went above and beyond and treated me with such kindness and respect even though I had to stop multiple times because I was crying. If you need a company that cares about you these are the guys. I know if we used them for my car we would have been over the moon with their service and attention. Happy to say we are home and staying off the water for the time being!

A Klein Company (Cleaning & Painting)

We used Action Locksmith a couple of years ago to re-key and get extra copies made when we moved into our new warehouse facility in Waterford, MI. Called them again to our main office to have them repair the latch / locking mechanism on an exit door. The repair was quick and RJ was friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was the price, but we're happy to pay it for professional work we can count on for people / companies who will actually show up to do the job. One thing we've been experiencing lately here in 2021 is not getting ETA timeframes from contractors for service appointments, which is strange. Since we're in and out of the office a lot a heads up "On our way" call the day-of would have been nice so as not to miss each other. That's the only quibble we would have at this time. Outside of that, we'd definitely use Action Locksmith again for any commercial or industrial locksmith services our company may need in the future.

I have used their services before and they are very good at what they do. My only complaint is the cost. Pricing sure has gone up. I recommend you get a quote before they come out. That was my mistake. I was charged a drive out fee of $75 (Auburn Hills to Madison Heights) and then with a 30 to 40 minute job (Max) of changing one lock charged another $159.00. This did not include supplies. We will not use again.

Mark from action Locksmith been in business for over 20 serving the Oakland County area he's one of the best locksmith I've ever seen. Mark train me for over three years and I finally went out on my own he trained me the right way and always talk about Locksmith scammers that are flooding the Internet. If you happen to call a locksmith and they tell you a $15 service call to come out it's most likely a scam beware make sure you get a solid price for the work

The worst locksmith in Michigan. Shows up to your place. Takes advantage of the door being broken than overcharges. Tells you the if they fix it without taking the door off than they will charge you less. They didn’t take the door off and still charged me more than was told. Called other locksmith next day and gave me 200% cheaper than they charge. Was told that they take advantage of the scenario since no one will show up after hours. Don’t ever use these guys because they are after your money and not your business. The owner doesn’t even care if you told him about the feedback. Be aware everyone.

We found action locksmith on google, and I'm glad we did! They were prompt with responding and vert delightful to work with. I work at a medical office and we we're looking for a new window lock, not your average lock but Mark the owner was quick to order it and had it the very next day! He even left a temporary lock to help lock away our worries! Mark and his coworker were the nicest guys ever and made the whole process so easy.
