This place was amazing I had to replace the door on my truck and I need a key to be made they made it I also had Electric door controller and alarm what's the guy gave me when I bought the door I took it to them for $30 they programmed that remote operating my truck and it works perfectly and of course the spare key they made also work perfectly the service was very fast and the men were very polite I highly recommend if you need a key this is the place to call they also will come out to your location to make keys they do what's necessary to help their customers

Extremely unprofessional and short-tempered when I simply asked for an explanation on why the price of the service I needed had increased almost $100 from the quote I was given over the phone the previous day. I'm not sure exactly which employee I had these issues with because I didn't see a nametag, but he was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE and argumentative when I was only trying to understand why I was going to have to pay so much more than what I was originally told - especially when I had made sure I explained my situation in great detail the first time in order to AVOID having other factors come up later that could affect the price.

We had a key break off in the seat lock of an older motorcycle, and didn’t have a spare. They were able to extract the key, which had actually broke into 2 pieces in the lock, and used it to make us 2 new keys. We are using abracadabra the past. And had a great experience with them. But this time he tried to charge me more. I told him didn't charge me that much in the past. He told me take it or leave it.and that he had better things to do and hung up the phone on me.I would not use their services or recommend the abracadabra locksmith company ever again.

Fast service. I always have my keys made here. They make my copies of house keys and have even made a duplicate key to my vehicle that was lost. They came to me and made one on the side of the rode. Key fobs with computer chips and codes, no problem for them. My keys work perfectly, everytime!! Awesome customer service. I always leave with a smile. They have a great sense of humor, and are very professional. Love these guys!

A-Abra-Cadabra Lock Service generally performs at a level of either Fair or Poor. I recently used their on-site mobile service to generate an auto ignition key and they were unable to produce a key. I was not surprised that A-Abra-Cadabra was unable to solve the problem because they are somewhat of an "old-fashioned" company in the sense that they do not "keep up with current technology". The staff that does the work (not the owners) are usually not very customer service oriented, as they usually complain about being too busy. In today's economy most companies would love to complain about being too busy. The primary reason that they are utilized is because they are inexpensive. In fact, their pricing is a good value, but approximately (1) out of every (3) projects that I have used them on were failures. (They were unable to complete for some reasom or another). I would only recommend A-Abra-Cadabra for simple tasks such as key duplication. The problem with that is that they are located in a lousy downtown area location that is not convenient for private, non-commercial key services since nobody lives downtown anymore.

Needed a master key made for my vehicle I just bought used. The car came with only a valet key but they were able to cut and program my new one! Everything working great. You can even bring your own blanks if you find cheaper but there prices are WAY better than a dealer. Ordering a second blank to have done from Amazon soon to have a spare! Go see these guys or they’ll come to you if needed.

The Guys were very helpful and saved me $120! They replaced my lost key and reprogrammed it for that much less than the Ford Dealer quoted me. Only 4 Stars because it took awhile. But given that they were the only non-dealer in the area who provides this service, I highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional. Went to get a key made as I arrived at 5:15pm and waited my turn in line (they closed at 6). After waiting 40 mins, I was told to come back a different day so that they could have more time to help me. Disappointing that they lost a customer due to not wanting to work 5 mins late on a Friday for a customer whom wasted almost an hour of their day just to get a simple service preformed.

My car fob that I bought from Abacadabra a couple of years ago stopped working. Abbacadabra tested the fob and couldn't figure out why the fob stopped working. They tested it and reprogrammed it and it still would not start the car. No questions asked, they just made me another one, AT NO CHARGE! Great customer service!

The service I received from this company was very unprofessional and rude. I would went with Pop-a-Lock, like I did before, but their voicemail was on and we needed this fixed immediately. They were always very nice and professional. My husband needed his locks replaced on his truck, so we called Abracadabra who quoted to us $96 to replace the locks and remote on the key. He gave them his phone number to call him when they receive the part in so we can bring the car down. They called in the next couple of days to inform us that they have the part in. We brought the car in less than an hour later to get it fixed. We dropped the car off said it would take about 2 hours to fix. Now, we dropped it off around 12:30 pm, it was around 4:00 pm when we went back up to check on the car. He said that they were still working on it due to people coming in and interrupting them. I felt that was very unprofessional to say, because this is a business and people will come in all the time during business hours to get their cars fixed, they made it feel like you, as a customer were bothering them, but they wanted to take the money. So we left, waited another couple hours no call or anything. We wanted to know what was going on. So we called back, they said that they tried to call but there was no phone number or name left. I informed them if that was true how were you able to contact me when the part came in. They denied everything, acted like we were lying and nuisance to them. Even when we quoted the price in the beginning from what they told us it was $96, then they denied that they told us that and said that they never would of told us that. Again, they made us feel like it was our fault and we made up the price. I feel if someone is new working there, go check with the manager for the correct pricing and own up to your mistake, but don't put it on the customer like it's their fault for the errors your company is making. Also, they were rude with my husband, he voiced his opinion on how they were unprofessional and rude, so my husband told them he's going to report them to the BBB, they said do what you got to do. That's exactly what we are doing. Dealing with this company, they used to have good customer service and they were very professional at one time, but not now.
