Hands down best service I could have asked for. We were locked out on a very cold night and after calling other locksmiths that claim to be 24 hours and no luck, we tried Lock-outs. Similar stories to everyone else, I called 24 hour locksmiths and was only told "Sorry, I don't have anyone" over and over again. I called Lockouts and within 25 minutes from calling he had arrived and apologized for taking so long. He had my door open in seconds and was able to process my credit card on the spot for payment. Gerry came within 10-15 mins, was a super nice, friendly and courteous. Was able to get into my house in literally under 30 seconds with no damage! He even drove me up the street so I could get cash out to pay him and only made me pay the normal rate instead of the Sunday rate! Efficient and personable. However, as he operates in neighbouring towns as well, there is a chance of him not being able to come. Lockouts should consider hiring someone to do calls that the main guy (who I assume is the owner) cannot. Price is reasonable. Neighbouring towing companies will typically charge a bit more and will provide subpar services so he is still the first to call.

Gerry was awesome. I needed him to fix a lock at my rental. He came out right away, had it repaired fast and was a real nice guy. He's got a great sense of humor as well. His price was fair and better than others I used in the past. I will definitely use Lock-outs again and I highly recommend them.

Open on a Sunday evening! ???????? We walked the dogs, came home, and the key got stuck in the lock chamber, which came out of the deadbolt.
