Only 3 stars because I think it was a bit pricey. To put in a dead bolt in a wooden door, that took maybe 25 mins was just over $240 ( dead bolt was cheapest they had). It was nice they came out same day I called ( actually place of buisness is very close to me). Service guy was polite and quick. But again price was a bit too high. I priced out the tools to do it myself and its well under $240 (lock/ dead bolt= $23, I already own the drill =$0, the drill kit that includes the template and the drill bit that cuts the holes (craftmans) $19.98, my time spent on door for 20 mins= $0. Live and learn I suppose. It pays to do it yourself.

We had Garry come out to change and rekey our locks on our home we just purchased. He was great. He rekeyed the new locks we purchased all to the same key very quickly and then installed all 5 locks and it only took him about an hour. The person who installed the previous locks didnt really know what they were doing and Garry did his best to fix their errors. We will be using them in the future if we ever need a locksmith.

Called them about 3:30pm because we were locked out of our motorhome. He (Gerry) said he was going to a call and would be here as soon as he was finished. He got here at 4:30 and had the problem solved in about 30 secs. All we had to pay for was the service call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was told buy my Honda dealership to take my broken motorcycle key here. Now mind you I did have both parts of key when I snapped it in the storage compartment on my cbr600rr. I was impressed how fast she was and how well she knew her job. Now still frustrated from prior night where I called a lock smith and the quoted me 275 and couldn't even make the key after 45 so mind you im expecting same price but No it was 5 bucks I drove home .. amd was relieved when I put the key in and it turn first time. Needles to say I went right back and bought 2 spares.

I bought 2015 Jeep Wrangler that had a chip in the key (never knew such a thing existed). They took the one key I had and did some sort of programming and wallah! I now have two keys! The woman who helped me got the job done quickly and was very nice. I also think you can save a bunch of money here as opposed to going to a dealership. I will certainly be using G&L for any future locksmith needs!
