Ben was wonderful ! We had locked ourselves out of our apartment, and couldn't get either door (front or side) open. Ben responded promptly and kept us informed as to how long it would take for him to arrive from his previous job. He was kind and courteous throughout the experience. Our apartment is in an older section of Cleveland Heights, and unfortunately the locks are old and some do not function correctly anymore. Ben gave us options as to the best way for him to gain entry, and then then also examined all 5 locks and made recommendations on which ones work and which need to be replaced. He made a very frustrating situation as pleasant as possible.
