For a mail box lock change - to drill the old one off and put a new one on, a job of 30 mins - I was asked for $150 in the beginning, and settled with $100 (+tax), it seems overpriced to me for this specific job tbh. The job was acceptable (the replacement lock doesn’t fit my mail box perfectly but does the job), the lad was pleasant though.

I do not give a damn to any type of charges which a locksmith would charge me when the guests of hotel are struck up in an elevator. That is exactly what happened and the locksmith from Serrurier St-Henri actually came running in within the next 20 minutes. I breathed a sigh of relief. The locksmith gave me the change back after deducting his due charges, which were very reasonable as compared to the nature of service rendered. No qualms from my side.

Adam came in about 20 minutes and literally open the lock of my apt in 5 seconds... He didn't have to break my lock open either. Fast, efficient, and professional. Not to mention, his pricing is cheaper than most.
