I had a old old motorcycle key that was broken in half. David Locksmith was able to do everything by mail very quickly. They sourced an old blank key, which was very hard to find and did a precision job of making two copies for a great price. Also lots of communication back and forth throughout the process. Very happy with their service!

I was looking for an extended brass strike plate for the back door and none of the hardware stores had the size I was looking. Amazon and Wayfair wanted ridiculously high prices for this part. The customer service was impeccable from moment one. They were communicative, provided me with a ton of options, and helped me come up with an appropriate solution that fit my budget. Patrick in particular was extremely helpful - really responsive to emails, punctual for the installation, and knowledgeable about the products and options, especially considering the door I needed a lock on had an unusual existing knob. He worked around my schedule, which can be difficult, and was sensitive to the fact that there were clients in the office at the time of installation, meaning that he was quick and quiet. I would 100% go back to this company again in future.

My dad locked his keys inside his car while at work so I called David Locksmith and they were able to promptly assist him in unlocking his car so he could get home. It was 10:00pm and they were able to arrive in 40 minutes but we needed to schedule a different time which they accommodated with no issues and arrived on time. Their rates are reasonable and they did a great job (No damage to the vehicle). I would definitely use them again if I need a locksmith.

We had an emergency situation on our hands and we had contact a different locksmith prior to them who was unable to help us. A big thanks to the team at David Locksmith in Calgary for their prompt and professional service that saved the day for my son and his family and permitted them to carry on to their destination. Their vehicle was located at the airport park and fly but the keys had mistaking been left behind so the prospects for driving on to Edmonton didn’t look good. During a layover between flights a call was made to David Locksmith to see about gaining access to the vehicle and the possibility of cutting a new key. Upon providing the required documentation to prove ownership, arrangements were made to have a mobile automotive locksmith technician meet them at the airport upon arrival to Calgary. The technician was right on time, Opened the vehicle, cut new keys and removed an additional security device used on the vehicle. Good service is always appreciated but especially when travelling with a young family and on a weekend. Thanks again for the great service! So thanks again

We had to reschedule our initial appointment. David was very apologetic and flexible in rearranging the time at our convenience. He really went the extra mile. He rekeyed and serviced all of our locks. He adjusted them all to ensure they were the proper tightness, cleaned the dirty locks, and greasing the joints so they work smoothly. He took the time to explain proper maintenance and what to look out for to suggest the locks needed to be replaced. He was polite, friendly and professional. These guys were amazing, they were on time, professional, and did the job perfectly. I had a problem where my car has different locks on each side and I ended up losing the key on the passenger side. They listened to my problem and gave me advice, along with a quote. They also gave me the key and asked if I wanted to take a picture with them for their website. Really great guys.
