This weekend, I rather foolishly locked myself out of my car while at Cypress Mountain. Not only was the locksmith able to come quickly (20 minutes) he was incredibly polite, friendly and professional - quickly getting me back into my car and making me feel much better about the experience. While I wouldn't locking yourself out, I certainly recommend calling these folks if you do!

I was in a bit of a jam at 1pm on a Sunday thinking it would be a problem getting a locksmith. Called Luis and here was here in 20 minutes. Not only did he help get the door open but installed a new lock and fixed some other issues with my door. Very professional and i would not hesitate to reccomend to all.

I needed emergency locksmith service at midnight and they were the only one with a quick response and with a very reasonable price. Luis, the owner, is very polite and professional. He did his best to minimize the cost. Responded quickly, arrived in 10-15 min and got us in my place in 5-10 min. He DID NOT take advantage of my emergency situation and provided a great customer service. 100% recommended!

Luis came to my rescue at 2:30 in the morning to help me get back into my locked apartment unit. He came promptly and worked persistently on the stubborn lock--he did not give up! Unfortunately the lock was hopeless and we had to drill through to open the door. Luis heard my concerns about cost but also took into account that the lock we were working with was hard to find. He took the time to search for it and actually found one for a great price. He came just a few days later to install. Best locksmith ever! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, cleaned area after performing work. He also looked into a special lock (our front door) which is no longer available in Canada and took the time and made the effort to research where this item could be purchased. It's awful when you shut the door and realize you left the keys inside. It's worse when it's 5:30 p.m. on Friday . Luckily I chose Luis to come and unlock the door.
