Call Pouria if you want immediate professional help from an honest and truly good person AND for a very reasonable late-night rate!! I can't thank Pouria enough for his FAST and very professional service so late on a Friday night. Even at brutally late hours of the night, he was very polite and friendly and understanding. I was locked out of my home after flying home from a long vacation, and my very senior dog was trapped inside, and I couldn't get to her. My landlords were unavailable until Monday morning. My housesitters had pushed the key too far under my door. I called him at 2:15am in an absolute panic, and he told me he would be there in a half hour. He was at my place in less than 30 minutes, and I know my phone call woke him up from sleep. He got me inside to my dog in about 10 minutes. I also want to note that I had gone down the list of other so-called "24 hour" Locksmith services, and NONE of them are actually 24 hours. I even wasted an hour waiting for some guy from another company who decided to bail on me and go party after making me wait an hour. Pouria is the guy you need to call if you really need help. Save yourself time and hassle! Thank you, Pouria!!!

I contacted Paul one afternoon to see if I could schedule an appointment to repair my broken mailbox lock in my apartment building. He said no problem, he could be there in 30 minutes! He promptly arrived on time and gave me an honest assessment on the broken lock and suggested that it would be easier (and more cost efficient) to just tighten the screw on the existing lock rather than replacing it entirely (which would've been more expensive). He even offered to come back free of charge should the lock screw get busted again. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes and was very professional throughout. I called PR 24 HOUR LOCKSMITH and I will be honest I was ... not pleasant on the phone (not rude to the operator but extremely distressed) and the man on the line was very patient with me and had someone at my house within 25 min.
