Upon inspection of my locks, he gave me the options. I could get a cheap re-key of the existing lock, or he had an option to upgrade to "High Security" locks. I chose to replace the cheap locks that the builder used with the new high security locks. Oakville Locksmith Solutions the exterior oil rubbed bronze hardware was kept in place, and only the lock cylinder needed replacing. He was quick, kind, and professional. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

The lock on my new place was very old and difficult to work. Called Michael and he and Pearce came on over in their cool truck. Showed me how the lock worked, cleaned it out, and rekeyed it to the same as my other doors and made me a bunch of copies. Even gave me a code so that if I lose my key in the future I can call him up and he can have the key made for me before driving over.

All eight keys that we have now work beautifully and we can sleep better knowing that they are all accounted for. By the way Pearce recommended that I no longer use the deadbolt to prop the door open, even though we don't slam the doors. He says it's a common service call for bent deadbolts!
