Mike responded the same day to our initial phone call and with inquiring questions lead us to a correct analysis of our lock problem. It was necessary for him to visit our home three times (only charging us for one trip from Hamilton to YORK) because of other problems with the lock. He came when he said or phoned long before the original arrival time and rescheduled for later that day. When problems persisted he considered the issue “a personal challenge”. Finally, he even built a part to fit the lock so it would work. His demeanour was always helpful and fully explained why there was a problem. For all the “extra” commitment he made plus his time the final charge was more than reasonable. We have kept his contact information and will definitely call him and recommend him to anyone with lock problems!!

The lock on our door stopped working. We called Mike, and in a short time he arrived to help. I was very impressed by his service. Not only is Mike a friendly and courteous person, but he looked for every solution to solve our problem, while also trying to save us money. In the end, we decided that replacing the lock was the best option. But even after he replaced it, Mike noticed that our door handle was a little tight. So he re-positioned the strike plate, replaced the worn out bolts, and sprayed the latch to make it work as good as new. Mike did more than I expected, and was still almost half the price of the other place I called. I will call him whenever I need help with anything locksmith related.

Great service by Mike. We believed we had an issue with how our door was closing. Mike had a look and indicated the door is actually closing correctly and suggested we do a couple of minor things with the lock on our own to try to improve it. I contacted Mike to re-key one door, when I heard how affordable it was to re-key another door (the one leading into the garage - $20) I said...why not? MIKE WAS AMAZING!!!! He went above and beyond!!! I asked if he could check the programmable keypad which was attached to the garage entrance door. He opened it up, saw that the batteries were dead, said he would wait while I ran to pick up some new batteries. Got back, he showed me exactly how to program the thing. He also tightened up a loose door knob. I then asked him if he would show me how to work the programmable garage door opener. He did so gladly and didn't charge me extra for any of the extras. He's a great guy, great human being...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE!!!
