The keys cut in the kiosk worked right away. They were so sharp, I ran them in and out of the lock a few times. Then they all worked without fighting them in the lock. I hear some that needed to be shipped, and I received them in about a week. I did the same process with those keys, and they seem to work well also.

They’ll say $80 on the phone to come unlock your car but it’ll be $200 after they unlock it. And they won’t tell you until it’s time to pay. They say it’s a special security system but all he did was unlock the mechanical door lock. What a scam

That was a very cool experience having just stuck my original key into a machine. It "read" it and selected a blank key, cut it and it appeared in the tray in only a couple minutes. How cool is that? I won't bore you with "how it used to be". Technology. And it stored the profile if needed later! Pretty darn cool.

Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. 3 duplicate keys were shipped to me and arrived in <1 week after ordering. The reason for 4 stars is that 1 of the 3 did not work.

Everything went well... I needed 2 keys made, ordered 2, then found out that I could have had the second key for 50% off instead of full price. Left me feeling cheated. And, what's the reason for the extra charge to get a "better" key? Does that mean that your normal key is substandard? Left me feeling cheated again. I tested the keys when I got home and they worked fine.

I had called and asked to have someone come and unlock the vehicle when I was approached by the locksmith they double charged me the price of what it would cost to unlock the vehicle I contacted my brother who also owns his own locksmith business to find out I was being overcharged by this individual upon letting the individual know I was being overcharged they immediately dropped the price and extra $100 when I asked why they charge so much money they told me this is what they do it's Friday this is very unprofessional and the fact that you double charge people who need to get into their vehicles is very inconvenient and also not fair I would highly recommend most people stay away from this company as they are not honest and they would like to cheat people out of their money

Harry assured me he sent someone that would be there in 20 to 25 minutes for our vehicle. Then I kept getting updates on my phone until they finally told me there was no one in the area to take care of it. They canceled the service. I had better not see any charge on my card. If you can't do the service just tell me up front and don't waste my time.

No service actually happened. I wanted a true locksmith, not lowes or some kiosk doing it. These people are kind of like calling AAA although AAA is much better. For me I called the number and got to a very noisy call center who asked for my zip code. They asked what I needed done and put me on hold to connect me with someone 'local' but it just sounded like another call center. They asked for zip code again and asked what I needed done (copy of a vehicle key made). They said we don't do that and hung up right away

The price is insane. $8.68 for the 1st key and $4.33 for the second. $13 for 2 regular keys is pretty high. Other than that I was happy with the speed it took to make them and it’s location.

My husband tried calling Keyme Burlington NC his key fob was looked in his tried spoke to someone over sea the tech called he said he isn’t even in that State. He called the company back they said they don’t cover NC whacked my credit card 2 times for $420 I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 foot pole
