Okay, I couldn't be happier with how fast and effective This service was, I was locked out of my 08 A4. AAA spent 30 minutes scratching up my door panels and couldnt get into the vehicle, Easy Open was in my vehicle within 5 minutes of being there. Extremely happy with everything about the interaction, Skip calling triple A just call these guys first!

I called around 7:30am on a Saturday morning and he arrived almost immediately at my place! The door opened when he tried to turn the knob but even after taking the time to get here and set up he didn’t charge me anything. When I first reached out to Matt, inquiring about his pricing, he was straight forward and explained the cost breakdown for my situation. I had hope of finding my car keys at the time, but as the day went on, I ruled out every possible location and contacted him again to ask for his services. When I reached him, he was BEYOND polite and understanding of the time constraints/location in which my vehicle was stranded. He promptly explained the breakdown of cost and process of what he'd have to do to make a new key and code it to my car for me. Without question went ahead and started the process of everything within minutes of us speaking. All in all, not only did he do his job well, he made me feel heard and treated me as if I were a family member he were doing it for; with kindness and patience Matt went to the dealership, ordered a new key for my car, picked it up and whilst my car alarm sounded he coded my new key to my car within less than 24 hours of me originally contacting him. Not only did he thank me, he told me I made his day- Mind you he literally saved the day for me! MATT, you are a rockstar human being! Thank you for doing what you do, with the compassion and empathy you carry within yourself! Kudos to you, sir!

In my hurry to get my car off the street due to a parking ban for snow, I foolishly locked my keys in my car while it was running. Easy Open Locksmith was kind, professional, and understanding. He quoted a response time of 10-15 minutes but showed up much more quickly, I’d guess around more like 5 or 6 minutes. In a matter of seconds my car was unlocked, and I was on my way. Appreciate you helping me avoid a ticket and tow!

Friendly, extremely quick to arrive on-site, and honest. There's a very good reason Matt has a perfect five-star rating here. If you're locked out, absolutely go for this listing ahead of any others you're seeing on Google. It may be a little pricey, but as with any service, you get what you pay for.

Matt from easy open locksmith was my life savor tonight. My husband locked us out of the house and Matt showed up less than 10 minutes after I called him and worked tirelessly for about 45 minutes to an hour to get us into our apartment due to have having a difficult lock. I'm so very grateful to him for all his time and effort. If you need a locksmith please call Matt. The price is worth it.

Matt was amazing! The digital bolt lock broke and there was no way to open the door. Matt arrived 10 minutes after we spoke on the phone and did his magic! Did I mention that it’s Christmas Eve and the other two locksmith didn’t answer their phones. Highly recommend.

Matt was awesome! I was locked out of my apartment and couldn't wait for a response from the property manager, and when I called another local locksmith, I was told it would be a hour-and-a-half wait and $105. I contacted Matt instead, and he gave an ETA of twenty minutes, was super friendly, got me in quickly, and charged less ($90 for South Burlington). He also kindly gave me a device to use in the event of a future lockout. I would highly recommend.

I wish I could give more than five stars!! My husband locked his keys in the car while at the grocery store with our son, and within minutes of calling, Easy Open Locksmith had arrived and unlocked our vehicle. There was no damage to the car, and the cost of service was extremely reasonable! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Burlington, VT area.

Last evening I locked both my main key and my spare key in my vehicle. I had called multiple people & they didn’t service my area. When I called easy open locksmith he was able to come all the way out to saint Albans from Burlington after 9pm to get my keys out.
