The Locksmith came to the house, and changed the door knobs for the 3 bedrooms, and put in bolt locks for Two outside doors - then I asked him at the last minute, to do the front door as well, and he did. They also give you 2 keys per lock. He did a great job. I’m very happy with their service. Of course they also do have a charge to come to the home, but it’s worth it. Peace of mind , quality work, friendly service.

Quote $150 for installation of 2 locks I own (1 hole cut, plus Extras - all locks keyed to same key, 2 extra keys cut -$4). Actual cost $275. I know if I responded to an RFQ, and virtually doubled the price, I'd be out of business. No problems with installation or professionalism. Shop around.

I was too flustered to remember to have cash on hand when I needed their services. However, they changed the locks (by re-keying) and took my address and emailed me the invoice to pay by Interac e-Transfer. That is extremely rare!

I took an antique desk lock to have a stuck key removed. When I returned a week later to pick it up, I was told it couldn’t be fixed but he didn’t have it. I insisted he return the lock to me and he would not. He just repeated he didn’t have it which is unacceptable. I was offered a cheap made in China replacement for $5. I wonder what happened to my antique lock & key? The loss of the lock has affected the value of my antique desk.

Dundas Lock and Key are AMAZING! I run a business in Burlington and was having issues with my receiving doors not staying closed. I called them first thing in the morning. I explained the issue and the gentleman said they would have someone out before lunch to diagnose and then fix the problem. They showed up about an hour after I called they were here and in about 15 minutes they had fixed my door and fixed an improperly install hinge as well because"that just won't do"! Their customer service, attention to detail and prompt service is why they are the only ones I will call now! Thank you Dundas Lock and Key for taking the areas and worry out of issues like this ????????

The guy working there was very friendly and professional, I had some motorcycle keys and some saddle bag keys cut. He came outside and made sure they worked as my saddle bags key is very unique. It is definitely way cheaper than other places I have been to before and I highly recommend going to Dundas lock and key over department stores and other places.

Far better to deal locally than with a big box! Went in prepared to buy two new double cylinder deadbolt lock-sets and the owner(?) suggested that if I could bring the old ones in, they could probably fix them for much less than new. Did so, and one hour later got them back as good as new. Great service!!!
