We made an appointment for my rental unit on the eviction date, in Oakville. They sent a boy, although we talked on phone several times and they promise to come on time, the boy came late and sheriff was already gone back. The boy couldn't do any locksmith job, he said he should go and grab some parts to finish and will come back in an hour. He wanted 50$ deposit and took from my credit card. He lied several times on phone, that he will come in half an hour, in one hour etc. Eventually he never returned back. The company said they will refund 50$, but they DIDN'T. After this review, they called us, one week later they sent our money back.

Very friendly guy, provides you with the best price but **call him directly**. (don't go on google and look up locksmiths because you will be miss quoted). I lost my keys and he came over made new keys in a matter of 20 minutes. Very upfront about his business, one of the few in the industry who care about customer satisfaction.
