I can’t say enough good things about this company. It’s hard to choose just one incredible thing. The technician and the dispatch were so prompt, friendly and generally concerned for my welfare. I can’t believe how fast they came to my rescue after I was having an incredibly bad day that ended with me needing a new key for my car. They made me a new key and got me on my way in about 40 minutes! The technician even came to my rescue after he was supposed to be heading home! Please use this company you won’t be disappointed i promise!

We were completely stuck on one of the worst snow days of the year. Our Mercedes car key wouldn't turn or do anything for that matter. An online search brought us to Auto Key Pro Toronto, we spoke with AJ who was amazing, and totally saved the day. We sent him our location, and he showed up right away. He made two new keys for the vehicle -- they have housing with the Mercedes logo, and are actually much nicer than the key that came with the car. We were so pleased with AJ's service and his upbeat personality that we had him make an extra key for another of our vehicles. Will definitely be referring Auto Key Pro to friends and family. Was in a pinch the other day, had to be the coldest day of the year! Lost my key in the snow, so I called Auto Pro (AJ) and was greeted with excellent service from the start. He provided an eta and updates en route. Within 30min he had my car door opened up and vehicle running with an on-site key cut. Very professional, courteous, and timely. After a horrible experience with losing my keys AJ came out and saved the day! I called a ton of companies who quoted me much higher prices due to a shortage of staff or it being a busy day (it snowed all the night before and all morning). Some companies even told me I would have to pay $70-100 more to come out same day but would give me a deal if I waited until the next day. I cannot say enough about the 5 star service I was provided by A.J. Not once, but twice within a 3 month period. I had lost my car keys in a vast commercial/industrial parking lot and he sorted me out in record time and at reasonable price. Very recent my key would not open the car lock despite all the pressure I could wrangle. He came all the way from Hamilton to T.O. (late at night). Lock was completely frozen. Once again, he fixed it after about 20 minutes, got another spare set just in case. I will highly recommend them to all friends & family. Insert heart here!
