My in-laws called in a panic because they lost the uhaul truck keys. Everywhere near me was closed or could not help. I googled and got Auto Key Pro. They answered my call and said they could help me out. They even waited to close up shop and waited for my in-laws to travel from Milton to Hamilton to get the keys. Also, they advised us they run in trouble with the key codes uhaul provides, so they made two keys just incase. We woke up at 7am and we had to go leave to be somewhere very important.. we could not find our keys for the life of us. I called a company and they programmed a new VW switchblade but our car wouldn’t start. I’m thinking... great now I have to go to the mechanics. Luckily, my mechanic told me to call them. They told me an hour and they came in that time, he got the laptop out, hooked it up to my car and in under a hour after trying all day to get it to start... it started! MJ did great, was strictly business and now we’re on our way to our graduation! I highly recommend.. I will be passing around there number to anyone I know in certain situations similar to ours. after the car turned on, my boyfriend and I went “you have to tell us how you did it” because we thought for sure we would have to get a tow to our mechanics. First let me just say, that if you are anywhere in the Canada region, you should be doing business with these guys. I lost the key to my Ducati (I blame my absentmindedness, and airport Lost & found's they are the the worst). But my dealership legit was just trying to rip a whole in my pocket (let's just say they first tried to quote me something in the $5k range) because they thought I had no other option. After doing some research I thought the only people who could help me were in Italy or California (I was tempted, because it still would've been cheaper than the Toronto dealers). But to my surprise the BEST OF THE BEST were the boys at Auto Key Pro . They are more than fair and operate quickly. If you aren't already using their services, you are missing out. Best in the business!!!!!

I lost my car key and didn't have a spare. Inquired about having them come and create a new key for my car and was quoted $400 cash with CAA discount (Sunday Service). I declined and said I'd wait as dealership had previously quoted around $200 to get a new fob key. I had sent them a photo of my spare (which is bent and unusable) so I assumed this was what they were quoting on. They came back with a quote for $200 (Monday service) for a basic chip key. Clearly I should have asked if chip meant the same as fob because I ended up with a regular car key...not sure why it's called a chip key as there is no electronics/chip in it. The service was fine and quick but really was expecting a proper fob key for $200 feeling a bit ripped off. Live and learn... be sure to ask specifics if requesting a new key.

Very nice and professional. They were able to see me the same day I called. Kind of went through what they were doing as they were going it. Better price than dealerships. And they offer a discount if you have CAA. I needed keys & fobs. They programmed 3 fobs, cut and coded 2 keys, and cut 1 key for the door for $300. (1 cut and coded key ran about $100, but down to $60 with CAA for a 2008 ford). I never knew there were places like this for car keys. Heard about them through a relative. I would recommend them.

First off I want to say, that Auto Key Pro transformed a potentially stressful situation into a walk in the park.. these guys are the real deal. I went grocery shopping the other day and when I went back into my car to grab my mask, I locked my keys in the cup holder. All I can say is wow. I live an hr away but all my friends and family live in Hamilton.. someone recommended them so I called, explained the situation and they said I could come right in. Came in with my daughter, they replaced the key promptly (was there for 15 min) and they even put my old key back together as best they could so I could have an emergency back up. They joked around with my daughter and even gave her a couple key chains for free. Highly highly recommend, 100 times over !!!!!!

Lost both sets of keys to the truck, called Auto Key Pro instead of the dealership and they were able to come that day. Very friendly and professional. $280 for two keys and took about 20 minutes or so. Our technician, MJ was knowledgeable and professional. Blackstock Ford can't program their own Ford keys..... but Auto Key Pro can! MJ the Tech that worked on my Car and Yaser had great service and fulfilled their promise! Recommend to anyone! Whole Story: After loosing my only key to my 2016 Ford while working I got it towed to the nearest Ford dealership (Blackstock). After waiting 3 weeks for parts the keys came in and I was informed by Neive (Service Coord.) that my car should be ready by the end of that day. I was later informed by her around 4:15 that they are having issues programming. I called her after work around 4:30 and she informed me they need to charge an extra 350$ to contact the tech hotline (current bill 1200 inc tax.). I asked them if the problem would be solved and she explained the cost would only include the call out and someone would have to identify the problem and reach out to solve it. Displeased that I was looking at over 1600$ bill I asked for 10 minutes to decide if to continue. I called a private company that my friend that recommended in Hamilton called Auto Key Pro, they said they can fix it no problem. I called back and asked to come pay off the bill so that I can send a tow truck Monday as I was no longer working in North Caledon from that day forward, Neive agreed. I got a ride from a coworker and as I approached the dealership I was called by TIFFANY (Service Advisor) she was clearly upset and was saying there was a misunderstanding and that I could not take the car out on a Friday evening. I reassured her I was coming to settle the bill not tow the car but she insisted that she just needs time to program the key so I left the car and didn't go into the dealership to pay. As she was a ford technician and able to vouch for her abilities to program a ford key to a ford car I decided it would save me the trouble of paying for a tow to Hamilton to see if Auto Key Pro could actually fix it. Come Monday evening I had not heard from them so I sent an email to Neive and Tiffany called me 5 minutes later. This whole time her attitude has been terrible and she had the same tone in this call. She told me she was unable to program the key and needed to contact the tech hotline, I was shocked that they could not communicate with their own cars so I asked them to stop work. I took a day off tuesday and asked my dad to take a day off as well to drive me from Toronto to Orangeville as I am not comfortable taking ubers during the pandemic. I came to Orangeville paid my bill just under $1000 ( I was adamant about paying half of the labour). I got my car towed to Auto key Pro in Hamilton and they were able to program my keys that day! The total cost was over 1400$ and it made me wonder if I had just trusted a third party to program my ford keys if I would have saved a lot of Money. It is beyond embarrassing that they were not able to program their own keys for a relatively new Ford car. I spent 3.5 weeks without a car and had to take days off to deal with this dealership, all for them to not be able to complete the job. After all this I realized my horn was not working so I checked the fuse and relay, there were no issues. I called Tiffany and she insisted that they had not touched the horn. I very awkwardly fit my hands through the bottom of the engine after taking the guard off. My horn and another wire had been disconnected, I have fixed the horn now but have no idea what the other wire is for... and something tells me that Blackstock Ford has no idea as well!

I went to over to get a copy of a car key because the fob was broken and it didn’t hold the key in place and I ended up losing it in the snow somewhere. I searched up key cutting that could do car key replacements and then Auto Key Pro popped up when I found results. I saw a lot of good reviews from the place so I decided to come over. When I came, I told the worker about the situation and the service was done %100 no problem that took only 15 minutes which to me, it felt more like 10 minutes. They even did a complete fob change with lifetime warranty and battery change with an accessory flashlight key chain included and The price was very reasonable after everything was done. The staff were very friendly and had good humour and made me feel welcome the whole visit. After I left, the key was functioning perfectly and was very happy while driving home. Didn't take too long, and when there was a minor hitch, MJ smoothed it over immediately. Having a 2002 Ford Focus, Auto Key Pro was able to get me a replacement when the other five places I called said they couldn't help because of various factors (mostly 'car too old'). We just had the best service from this company. Keys to the motor vehicle were locked in the trunk and the only way to access the trunk was to unlock the trunk. We contacted this company and they were extremely professional, courteous and responsive. Cost was very very reasonable and Mustafa was very friendly. The entire process took less than a minute. I have Mazda Tribute SUV and one morning when I tried to open the door with Key FOB it did not work. I opened the door with manual key and started the car. Car started but I was unable to shift the gear from Park to Drive position. I called tow truck and took the car to Mazda Dealership in Burlington. After more than 2 weeks, Mazda gave up and I had to tow the car back home. Mazda even charged for $260 just for spending time which was ridiculous. I also spend money on towing the car back and forth from dealership. Finally I called Auto Key Pro and they promised to fix the car and if they can't fix, they won't charge any money. They fix the issue in 2-3 days and I was able to drove back it home. I am very pleases with their quality of work, dedication and commitment. I will definite get their services if need in future and will recommend everyone to them

I found this place online. I went to all the big box stores to have chip keys cut for my truck, and was told they either couldn't do it or I had to go the dealership and pay hundreds of dollars and waste countless hours dropping off my truck and waiting. I reached out to Yaser (The Owner) and he assured me that it was very possible and that it would take only minutes. I must admit, I was a little skeptical after trying to have this taken care of for some time. I went to the storefront, and gave Yaser my key. I didn't even have time to sit down before he was back and saying he had already cut, chipped and programed my key and I was ready to go. I couldn't believe it! I tired the key and it was a perfect cut and worked both in the ignition and in the door locks! Over all a great experience, 1/4 the price of the dealership, very professional and prompt service. We called them because we had broke a piece of our van key in the ignition and it was quite far in. They came within an hour on a Friday evening, and it ended up taking two hours with a second guy joining (the key piece was quite deep and stuck in the ignition). They got it out and running properly and it only cost $100 +hst! We totally expected to be charged extra for how difficult it ended up being, but there was no extra price and the guys were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing! My mother lost my keys while I was on vacation. Called them right when I landed.. they let me know they would be available all evening or in morning if needed and to call a half hour a head of time. Now being that I wasn’t outside to see the car start with the key (meaning it wasn’t a computerized key) I was pleasantly surprised with their honesty. I came to them to change the battery for car remote control, they asked me for appointment for that!!!! It’s okay... The problem that I visited them later after taking appointment they told me they can’t open the remote and change battery, you need to change the whole system for 180$!! I took the remote to simple guy who is working in changing watch batteries and he change it for few dollars. SHAME ON YOU AUTO KEY... You are not PRO.....

My key for my Mazda 3 just randomly stopped working. I could open the doors turn on the lights open the trunk turn on the wipes but it would not turn the engine over. One of the best experience ! Last week my Honda Civic was disabled due to issue with the key and ignition lock. I towed the car to dealership who tried to fix the issues but were not able to do so and told me that I have to change the entire unit and will be cost lots of money . After reading some of the reviews about autokey pro, I gave a call and than one of my amazing experience with Autokey pro begin. Yasser reassure me over the text that they will be able to resolve the issues after I describe him the problem, he was very confident about their skills. Although he was aware that my vehicle was disabled and in the dealership parking lot, he did not try to take any advantage of my situation and quoted a fair price which was less than half of what I would have spend. True to his word they fixed the issue in timely manner. I was so happy with their service that I even got a remote care starter installed which too was reasonable priced and professionally done. I can't say enough good things about this business, one of rare places where they actually repair things and know what they are doing. Yasser will go out of his way to help you and save any money he could while completing a professional job. I will definitely return to this place in future.

I recently locked my keys in my car. After calling numerous locksmiths in Hamilton, I was quite frustrated by the shady business practices of every locksmith I called. They all wanted to charge me a fee just to show up and offer a quote on how much it would cost to unlock my car. No one would tell me in advance how much it would cost to simply unlock my car (which takes no more than 5 mins). They all said they would not give the quote until they arrived and I paid the fee. I had this experience once before and when the other company arrived, they wanted an unreasonable amount of money starting at $150! When I told them no thank you, they started bargaining and offering to unlock my door for $120. This was so frustrating! Thankfully I found AutoKey Pro this time!!! I called and they gave me an actual quote with no service fee. The price was reasonable and I will never use anyone else!!!! Save yourself the trouble and headache of dealing with all the other companies in Hamilton. If you locked your keys in your car or lost your keys, ONLY CALL AUTOKEY PRO!! I would highly recommend Auto Key Pro. Having lost my father and having to collect his property for the estate, I found the keys to his car were missing. Having recovered the keys we were still unable to access the car. Another company came but failed to open it. I contacted this company to see if they could program my skreem security module and program a key without having my vehicle at there shop as it was not running and I was ensured they could do it so I paid to ship the skreem unit and key to them as “it was not worth their time to come to my location”. When I got the skreem module back and key neither worked and I was only issued a minimal refund from the $200 I paid them. Wasting my time and money with this company. If a company is unsure if they can do something they should not lie just to get paid. Be straight forward and say the vehicle needs to be at their shop.

Thank you for resolving the issue with the key fob signal not being received by the system on my Genesis. The technician completed a full diagnostic and got to the bottom of the issue after a thorough process of elimination. A new dash module was installed and everything is back to normal. The Hyundai dealership had the car for a day and a half and couldn't track down the problem. A waste of time. I've had 3 car keys made for me (Jetta 4 years ago, Golf last year, and Optima today). When I lost my spare key for my Jetta I called the dealer to get a new one. It was crazy expensive so I didn't bother. A few weeks later I saw their sign when I was driving by. AutoKeyPro did it for way cheaper. It also only took a few minutes for them to program the key, I don't know how long a dealer takes but I assume I saved a bunch of time. All 3 times were quick. after reading review, I decided to go at auto key pro to cut my car key and changed my remote battery. But, this guys talked with different level of attitude. He is totally un-professional, rude and arrogant person. He know that auto key pro is just one shop in nearest area and already available good google review so he took advantages of it and don't care about customer. It is my humble request to drive little more and go somewhere else for better service.

Had an appointment for 11am. No one showed up until 11:30. I asked why the late start and was told they were working on another customer's car. This was an absolute lie since some one from a neighboring shop told me that Auto Key doesn't open until 11:30. I ended up going somewhere else.

I had recently lost my car keys! Everyone's worst nightmare! My car was stuck at the baseball diamond and was unable to get a tow home. I called Auto Key Pro the next day and by the end of the day, I had 2 new keys made and ready to go. BUT - it wasn't just the efficiency of these guys. They drove to where my car was located, made sure that they were able to gain access into the vehicle with the new keys and then drove my car to the shop for me to pick up (saving my money on an uber/cab ride to the shop and then to my car). I was so grateful. Despite the cost being a little high - what options do you really have? When you need keys, you need keys and the customer service more than made up for it. They got me on my way within 24hrs. They saved me SO much time and grief. They were polite, more than happy to help and were on it the moment I called. Couldn't ask for better service. HIGHLY recommend if you ever run into the same situation.
