I phoned Parry Brothers; they arrive in an hour! Ben (Filipino) and Anthony were perfect! They installed a Schlage Deadbolt (Combination Code) on the front door and then a new matching deadbolt/key for the Garage Man-Door - all within 1 hour (or less). The front door also required enlarging the hole for the new deadbolt. Also, Ben readjusted the slot in the doorframe so now my door opens/closes so easily, no more need to push so hard to get it to allow the deadbolt to fit into the slot. We used Parry Brothers about 20-some years ago - they are still great today! ... p.s. Adrienne on the phone who took my call was very good & helpful as well to help me order what I wanted (she knows the products).

I needed some keys cut for my apartment and went to three different places before I tried Parry Bros Lock & Safe. The quality of cut keys here are far better than any home improvement store. I also appreciate their great customer service. Their experience shows they know copied keys will not always be perfect (it happens) and you will be reminded to hang on to your receipt in case your new key doesn't work. When I needed new keys cut after an office move, Parry Bros was obviously my first choice. I had to get a correction for one of the keys the next day but I was confident they would do right by me and they did. Absolutely stellar place, would highly recommend their services.

poor customer service and rude staff, Went to get a new key cut and they wouldn't do it claiming we needed a bunch and documents and paperwork and then proceeded to laugh and make fun of us for not cutting a key 19 years ago when we bought the house even though we explained that we didn't need to get a new key until now, personally I believe they shouldn't have a say as to when we should get a new key for OUR house especially without knowing us, and very unprofessional to laugh at a customers personally decisions. Would not recommend getting work done from them and I wish I could give a lower review than 1 ⭐

Was able to come same day. Due to the nature of my doors the locksmith wasn't able to do what I initially wanted but he asked what problem I was trying to solve. He was then able to provide a better (cheaper) solution. Happy Customer.

Payed way too much for a new lock to have to deal with..a week later it sticking and then subsequently eating my key. Tried calling the "emergency line" and, no response. When we finally got another locksmith he said "I've never seen anything like this" and, was astonished at the mess of it all.

1. Parroting a lot of other reviews that the initial people that answer the phone are very rude and off-putting. 2. called on Monday to set an appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and never saw them. Thursday we called them they said that no appointment was scheduled. Scheduled another appointment for Thursday they came and said we get a quote the next day. Call them on Monday call them on Tuesday called them on Wednesday finally Thursday and asked to speak to the owner. I was told a quote was on the way and would get a call in 20 minutes from the owner. I never received a call. 3. Finally got a quote after days of begging them for it. the quote was 20% more than installing roll shutters in front of my store. In conclusion, I have chosen to go elsewhere and suggest other people do as well.

Cory came in and made some adjustments to the deadbolt mechanism of a smartlock that was binding when it opened and closed. He was able to quickly grind out a metal plate that was the crux of the issue, and the mechanism now works much more smoothly.

Wow if I could have rated zero I would have! This a horrible company. Last week they attempted to cut a key for my business. After three attempts and after they ruined the inside portion of my exterior lock, they sent over one of their so-called locksmiths. He made the situation even worse and swore at us and walked away. Unbelievable. I then sent them an email asking for them to reimburse me for the keys and they did not. I called my contractor and he came and resolved the situation. He explained that they cut the keys wrong because they used a wrong key to cut them with. It was something simple and they couldn’t even figure this out! Deplorable service which left us locked out of our location as the locksmith walked away! Both me and my colleague were shocked. Never going back here again and I would not advise Even purchasing key cutting from this business as they are incompetent.

These guys went above and beyond when I urgently needed a new key cut. I arrived just after closing on a saturday when all the employees were just locking up and leaving (which is rude of me... I know). I offered to come back Monday but I also explained that I needed the key cut as it was my only key and it was just about snapped in half. One of the locksmiths was happy to cut me some new keys on his own time when he really could have just told me to come back later. Great customer service!

The owner was rude and said it was not there responsibility and that I could have a refund but could not keep the key. Very disappointed with them, I pay them for there experience and expertise

Very unreliable - never showed up. Called and asked what happened,....they said they were sorry and when I asked to reschedule for the follwing day they told me that their Locksmith does not work on Fridays. The Operator told me that they would be at our house at 10am sharp on the Tuesday,....the Locksmith did not show up and when I called she said that he could "probably" be there for 11am. Would not recommend this company and will not use them in the future.
