Their price mysteriously went from $150 to rekey 3 locks, then dropped to $120 when I said it was too expensive, then to $60 when I said it was also too expensive. Ended up going somewhere else and paying $45. SCAM ARTISTS.

I was a bit nervous about getting a key cut for my Subaru. I had heard so many horror stories and had wildly fluctuating price quotes. It would be easy to fool me as it's an area I know nothing about. But at some point, even with a lot of research, you've got to trust someone. Dmitri was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He cut and programmed the key for a reasonable price and it works great. And he did it quite quickly as I waited. He clearly knows what he's doing and he's trustworthy.

I was happy to discover that B&W's new location in Queensland is right around the corner from my place. I called them, They said come one by. I did and was in and out in 20 minutes. I got my new FOB programmed and key cut for way cheaper than if I went to the dealer like I was planning to do. Very professional even in super sub zero temps when I got the work done. Highly recommended. Worth going out of your way if you have to, or they will come to you. From what I saw they have mobile units that will come to your door. Great people/ Love using local small business as everyone should.

These guys are amazing. Our lock broke the night before we were going out of town (of course) and we were in panic mode. I called and they sent someone within an hour and it was all fixed up! As for their technician, Ian, he was great! He was quick, friendly and just one of the kindest, most genuine people I have met in some time. Afterwards, I told my partner the world would be a much better place if more people were like him and she was quick to agree. We gave a generous tip but if you guys give bonuses please give this man one. I cannot overstate how pleasant this otherwise stressful situation was due to his speed, work, and friendliness. These guys are number one!!! I myself have been involved in the financial industry for almost 40 years. I know great people when I meet them & I keep them close. This is a wonderful group in all respects. We had a minor to them but major to us home lock issue. They went above & beyond to not only remedy it but to ensure we won’t have this issue again. Was a fantastic service after my 07 honda fit wouldn't let the ignition key turn - from quick call to a technician on the phone and coming in under 30 minutes - Dmitry Datz was the locksmith who came and was super professional, replaced whole ignition with new parts and cut me a new key including the chip transponder right on site.
