I am so impressed with their customer service!!! I lost the key to my husbands gun cabinet by placing it in a "Safe Place". Craig was amazing. I had scheduled a call out which would have cost me potentially $80 - $130. He was able to cut a key with information I gave him and instead it only cost me $20. WOW. He did what was in my best interest and did his best to accommodate my schedule. I am very impressed that he did not try to make more money off me, but instead did his utmost to do the best he could for me. Highly Highly recommend them.

Very professional, paperwork, thorough and easy to read as well verbal, quality of products, love the new high security keys, staff have been super great to, courteous it was brief introduction i cant remember if was Tanner at the desk was very pleasant ☺️ ..Levi & Dustin were both very adamant & assuring if or when there is a delay.. or could be early when phoning, that the job will get done, and does.. accurately and timely ☺️ good to know to lube the lock too, thanks for tidbits.. as opposed to breaking the key in the lock ???? id post photos, thought twice should post locks and keys lol??

Distant Vision

I always trust Trident to help me out with anything to do with lost keys. I remember years ago when I needed a new dry box key, and they were able to take the lock itself and make a key for it. They only charged $20, and it was worth every penny. More recently I had lost a set of chipped truck keys, and they were able to cut new keys, and program the chips! Such a life saver, and it only took them about 20 minutes to get everything replaced! Amazing work! The only place I go when in need.

I went in to get a duplicate key cut for my apartment. The first one didn't quite work (likely a worn out lock or the original key being copied too many times), so I came back the next day and they cut another key for me at no extra cost. Excellent service!
