My company, Coast Consignment and I cannot recommend Tidy Lock & Key more! We had an issue that needed prompt attention due to potential security concerns. From our initial phone call to Tidy, Tom appeared half an hour later and within 4 hours of the initial phone call, Tom and his team had changed all of our locks, rekeyed all of our doors to one key and recommended the best, but not the most expensive solution. They are transparent, experienced, professional and kind and funny during a stressful situation. Thanks Tom and the crew at Tidey for taking some stress off our shoulders this week. I don’t typically write Google reviews but the experience I had today was just incredible. I was looking for a older style entry lock/door knob that they don’t carry and they out right told me I should try looking at one of the big-box stores. There was absolutely no hesitation when they shared their knowledge and expertise with me. They made copies of my old key, told me exactly what I needed get if i were to purchase a replacement lock/knob, answered my questions over the phone while I was buying the lock elsewhere and helped me rekey the lock to fit the original set of keys. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
