As repeat customers, we called upon Prime Locksmith again last week and, once again, the service provided by Carlos was prompt, on-time, efficient and effective. When I called this time, he asked for an explanation of the problem and stated that he was, at the time, very busy and probably could not come to our home the same day, but that he would schedule a time to attend to our issue the following day. I had no doubt that he would, and around noon on the next day, he called and asked if 1:00 pm would work for us. It did and he arrived at our front door right on time, wearing a COVIC-19 face mask. Before he entered our home he put clean plastic boot covers over his shoes to protect our floors and to make certain that he did not bring dirt into our home. I took him to the back door, explained the problem and he resolved it - beyond my expectations - within fifteen minutes. On each occasion we called upon Prime Locksmith, Carlos was friendly, polite and very fair. We will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith with integrity and skill. One who demonstrates genuine concern for his customers.

I called Carlos at Prime Locksmith on behalf of the Residential strata in our building. We had been having an ongoing problem with our locking mechanism. He came quickly, assessed the situation and provided for the first time - a permanent fix. We were so happy with his service that we asked him to look at the metal door in the parkade which had been hard to close, the metal frame seemed warped. We were told by another company that we would have to replace the whole door frame for a much higher price or sand down the frame as a cheaper less permanent solution. Carlos walked me through how we would just need a new door and why. He demonstrated how we would need to replace the door, and how sanding the frame would not solve our issues. Carlos was fair in his quotes and did the job right, he was professional and kind and was able to make a non-layperson understand. I appreciate his fast response in each and every situation. I am pleased to have a permanent locksmith for our Residential section.
