Angel *literally* was an angel. We had a Yale electronic lock that completely went on the fritz and had to be drilled out. 1 hour, a lot of sweat and a broken drill bit later I was back into my apartment with a new deadbolt. For a Saturday afternoon call-out & the effort involved, the cost was amazingly great value. Communication was great as well, which is incredibly important to me. Can recommend 100%

Angel from North Strong Locksmith assisted me at my commercial building. He contacted me immediately, gave me a quote for the work he was doing and then showed up immediately to fix the hydraulics of one of the door closures. He was friendly, professional and upfront. I used him again a week later to assist with another unit that had a faulty hydraulic door closure. Then I met Angel in person to rekey the locks of my home into 3 separate suites with some shared entry doors. He made sure it was planned and executed properly so that there would be no issues in the future. Amazing service, quality work and so professional. I would highly recommend.

I needed a locksmith after someone in my building broke their key off in my mailbox. I called and made an appointment the next day. It wasn't an emergency but they were prepared to come that afternoon. Angel arrived the next morning on time. The lock was really jammed and took a bit to remove and replace but in short order, I had a new mailbox lock and two new keys. He even vacuumed up the metal shards left from drilling the lock. I was really impressed with the technician's professionalism and security focus. I would call him again in a heart beat.
