Came home from work late on a stormy Wednesday night to find that a family member had accidentally locked our bathroom door from the inside and closed it - we couldn't get in, even through the window. We tried calling other locksmiths and no one answered our call - on our first call to Mr. Locksmith he picked up at 9:30 p.m.! He told us he would get someone out to us, and in the mean time he explained in detail a few options to try as to how we could open the door ourselves. One of his suggestions worked like a charm, and we were able to pop the door open! It was so relieving that we knew he would have someone on the way eventually even late at night, and so helpful to have things to try on our own in the meantime. We didn't pay anything for his help and it worked like a charm and saved us from such a headache. Thank you Carlos at Mr. Locksmith!!! Would definitely recommend giving him a call!

Carlos was fantastic! When I called him at the end of the day for an emergency he advised it would take up to 90 minutes but he would definitely be there. He made it in less then an hour. When he arrived he resolved the issue in a matter of moments. I found Carlos to be courteous, efficient, reliable and very well priced. We had a unique experience in that the first time he came to re-key the condo lock the keys ended up being identical to the building lock. After I told him what had happened and we both got over the incredible odds that this would happen, he was quick to come over and rectify the situation. I wish more merchants ran their business the way Carlos handles his. I would recommend Carlos for any of your locksmith needs.
