I really appreciated having Randall come over to replace my deadbolt. He got to my place within the time frame I was given, and he was very efficient about handling the replacement. Randall was also quite friendly. We had a lovely chat about cats, and before I knew it, the deadbolt was replaced! Excellent service!! I am so glad we went with Carlos for our lock needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! Very professional, but also very personable and friendly. Our lock changing was a bit tricky, especially in our new place, but he was able to handle it no problem, and went out of his way to make sure our lock was installed properly. He even supplied some of his own tools to ensure it was safe and secure in the door jam. Honestly, don't go with anyone else! You will not regret working with Carlos.

Super friendly and fair pricing. Although Carlos arrived a bit late, he was courteous enough to call to say he was running behind. Would definitely use again! To err on the side of caution, be sure to call directly for an appointment rather than using the eform on the site. I submitted one but ended up having to call in anyways as it appears mine was never received.

Booked an appointment last week for yesterday. The call was not the most friendly and a bit dismissive. Emailed the company to confirm my address, and never received an email back. They were scheduled to arrive yesterday between 9am-12pm and no one showed, and no phone call or anything. We will be hiring someone else.

I can say Carlos goes above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service to his clients. I called him to rekey my main door deadbolt and he gave me advise on the overall security of my home, I upgraded my deadbolts to high security locks and rekey all my locks to have just one key. I left the house this morning without my keys, my husband wasn't going to be home for a few hours and my dog had been home all alone. In a panic I tried to find a locksmith in Port Coquitlam to save me. Luckily for me when I phoned Mr. Locksmith I got Carlos who was amazing and so kind. He dropped what he was doing to come help me because he didn't have employees available at the time. I really felt like he cared about the customer. He was at my house in record time. He explained the whole process to me while changing my lock. He didn't take advantage and charge me through the roof. Definitely recommending Mr. Locksmith to anyone needing this type of service. I called Randy because the used vehicle that I purchased didn't have functioning door locks, only fob entry. I had located replacement cylinders and asked about rekeying. Instead of selling me an expensive service that I potentially didn't need, Randy gave me a few clear instructions about how I can try to get the door locks working instead of paying to get new locks rekeyed. Not only did I appreciate the friendly advice, but I also appreciated the fact that he took the time to understand my problem and suggest alternatives that would not cost me much money. If I ever need a locksmith again, Randy will be my first call.

After dropping my keys down an elevator shaft on a Sunday (still can't believe I did that) I phoned several locksmiths. Mr. Locksmith had a great rate and was able to come out on Sunday evening. He went the extra effort of trying to get my keys out of the shaft and when that didn't work was able to get me into my apartment very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. My deadbolt was jammed up and I couldn't get back in the house, so I ended up sleeping at my Mother's place that night. Called Carlos to help out the next morning and he came onetime. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job on installing the new lock that I purchase that morning. The door closed perfectly and the deadbolt striker slid perfectly in the door jam. I was in a panic since I lost my only car key and it was almost 5pm. I called talked Terry who was very professional and understood my problem. He explained that they need 1 day notice to schedule someone to come to my home to make the car key (mine has an electronic chip in it)4. His quoted price was very reasonable. He went out of his way to schedule me for the same night by squeezing me between other appointments. This was greatly appreciated. Great service. Very professional

My husband, John, and I, have had services by Carlos ( Mr. Locksmith, Coquitlam ) from installing a new lock on a semi-circular patio door handle to replacing 3 exterior doors of a house, and reverting a lost mailbox key's tragedy by taking out the old lock to re-keying for a new one. All the jobs are done accurately and efficiently. He maintains a high standard. The lock he put on the patio door did not sit too well--it is understandable when you try to put a flat piece of metal on a curved metallic surface-- he searched and devised until he solved the problem and now the lock is as secure as it can be. We agree with one of the above reviews that Carlos has a warm & pleasant personality. It is a pleasure to deal with Carlos. His is punctual and fast. His priorities are security, quality and customer satisfaction. If you need any locksmith service, he is THE one to call.
