Excellent and prompt service. On Monday, June 21st, I called this company to schedule the installation of three exterior locksets the following Wednesday. I asked them at what time of day I might expect their technicians to arrive. They didn’t know at that moment, but promised to call me the next morning (Tuesday) with an approximate time. But Wednesday came and went. No call from the company. So I called them on Thursday, the day they said they would come by. They claimed that somebody had come by Wednesday, and that somehow I must have missed them. They apologized for the confusion, said they were very busy, and scheduled for the next Wednesday. When no one showed up Wednesday morning, in the afternoon I phoned again. This time I was told that they’re too swamped and will have to push back to the following Monday, now. The person on the other end of the phone acknowledges the earlier appointment, but makes a joke that maybe maybe earlier I had accidentally rescheduled with a different company. It pains me to leave a bad review for anyone, but this company’s complete lack of accountability and professionalism compels me to. I took my business to them and was rewarded with two days of my time wasted. Since first calling them, one of my doors has been secured with nothing more than a single screw. And the work has yet to be done! I won’t be coming back here for lock work.

Lockworks knocked it out of the park TWICE in two days for me! Built new keys for our 85 VW based off the door in half the time for half the price. Came to find out, even though the same original key worked on both, they were different, so they cut a key on the spot for the ignition which I brought to them, all for a killer deal. Will ALWAYS use and refer them in the future.
