Good service, great prices! Got my hard-to-cut blank keys, that I ordered from Japan here (some places refused to cut them) - wouldn't trust any other place to cut keys, other than this place. Would recommend!

I honestly can't say enough nice things about this business. Seriously. I like to save money (who doesn't?) so I called literally 10+ different locksmiths to get a quote for labor and parts (new lock, additional keys, rekeying for a newly purchased home). Key West was hands down the best deal out of all the ones I called. I didn't even have to ask for a discount because they were already priced well below the competitors. I scheduled my appointment, the guy showed up early. There were some problems with the door itself and so the job that was supposed to take under 60 minutes took well over two hours. I was expecting to be charged extra for labor since it's not his fault the door's extra thick and the pre-existing lock was difficult to rekey, but they didn't charge me a dime for the extra time. Got a Mul-T-Lock and an additional key, and had two locks rekeyed with additional keys as well. The price was outstanding. I've recommended them to everyone I know who needs a locksmith. Great service (super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable) and great price.

Lost a tubular key for an old U-lock a few days ago and needed it replaced. They picked the lock and then did an impression for me in under 30mins. Good quality, only problem was it was a bit pricey ($20).

Used to be great, dealt with Ralph and Chris for years at a downtown condo highrise.....I'm not sure who answered the phone this morning, but I will be finding a new company to service the new buildings I just took on. Just because you are a trade company doesn't mean you have to sound like a rude, arrogant, tough guy on the phone. Some people that call you may have quite a bit of work, and no time for unprofessional-ism.

Came here to get a key copied. Tall guy working there took a 1 sec look at it and said "Don't have it." I asked him where I could find one, and he told me "to go to China". Very poor customer service. And being Chinese, this was offensive. Don't waste your time here.

He is driving customers away. This business will fail if he is not replaced. Mark my word. I am taking my business elsewhere. I suggest that you do too.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I brought in a door lock and asked the guy if I could change the inner part to fit another key that I have, he said he had to take a look at the lock first. While I was still asking him about the price and thinking if I really want to change the part, he just kept dissembling my lock. When I decided I didn't want to change it because of the price, he had already finished dissembling my lock and told me that he would have to charge me to get it assembled back. I was shocked as I was NOT told that there would be a fee to assemble my lock back which HE DISSEMBLED ON HIS OWN. He only said he needed to take a look to decide if it would be possible to do what I wanted. This is no different from stealing. Good that I didn't really need the lock, so I left with my dissembled lock in a bag. The guy had no smile or any customer service. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We locked our desk keys in our desk today and needed a fast solution. I spoke to Ralph who asked for the lock numbers and said to come to the office and pick up the key that would fit. The process took 20 mins including me driving there and back (saved $70 for picking up) and the key worked and we are back in business!!! Thanks Ralph and Eric you guys are lifesavers!!!!!
