This locksmith is the most friendly and informative place ever!!! They are willing to tell you how to do it to save you money and will gladly answer any questions and help you understand how and why. Danielle the owner is 5 star with friendliness and she knows her stuff!! I highly recommend the shop and if you want to know anything about the new technology they will know. Great products and high end stuff available. I'm not ready for the upgrade but will definitely go to them when I am.

Just called Interior Locksmith and talked to a lady by the name of Danielle. I told her that my key was getting stuck in the front door to our home. Over the next 10 minutes Danielle guided me through a bunch of steps to try and determine what the problem was, and to make a long story short she told me she wanted to save me the expense of them coming out for a service call. She instructed me to get a can of WD40 and lubricate the lock on the inside because there was a good chance the key was getting stuck because of possible dirt and grit caught in my lock. She suggested that after she discovered that we had not done anything like that over the last 12 or so years. What a marvellous person she is! What great advice. What great customer service too! She helped save me money today with her advice - but she has won me as a customer for anything down the road where I need a locksmith. Imagine if every business treated their customer like this! She gave me outstanding value today, and she won me over as a customer for tomorrow and many years into the future. Thank you so much!

Amazing service, amazing people. Any job, any time, any day they are there for their customers. They were able to take a broken key & cut a new one for me. The key was broken inside my lock. They offered me advice how to remove the broken piece without them having to make a house call & charge me for it. They advised me if I was not able to remove the piece of key myself then yes they could come out and do a house call or if I was able to remove the door handle myself without compromising the security of my home I could bring the lock down to them and they can remove the broken piece for free. I got the broken piece out & was only charged to cut a key. No charge for the key itself...just a cut. I have since moved to the lower mainland & wish they had a location here.

The tip of my key broke off in my ignition and instead of charging me an arm and leg to take my ignition apart they taught me how to take it out. No other places would even deal with vehicles. I brought the ignition to them and they retrieved the piece and we're even able to cut me some keys from the broken set. All of this for under $40! Thank you IL!

Truck door lock problems: key not turning. Originally took it to Brown's who briefly looked and told me they needed replacement, re-keying, and so sent me to Ford. Ford offered their $500, one-week wait solution -- requiring me to leave doors unlocked. Interior Locksmith on the other hand !! :) 15 minutes! Keys turn smooth like butter.

I'd lost my only key for my Explorer and Troy was amazing with being able to not only stay late and kind of struggle after hours, but he succeeded as he said he would. Had a nightmare with a 2010 F-150, dealer doesn’t keep key code ! These guys were such saviours and came direct cut two keys on site and literally made me feel better with their kindness at a worst moment and day. Really feel like they went the extra mile ans was straight forward and honest seem less service. BCAA even pays a small portion of it when you have basic so you know it is a top place! In the middle of a terrible day the locking mechanism on my canopy broke preventing me from accessing most of my tools. Unable to get in I went to Interior Lock. I was greeted immediately, assisted in opening the canopy (with a little luck) and not charged for the service. I can't say enough nice things about the kind service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! My vehicle key had difficulty opening the door lock and the turning the ignition. Instead of taking it to the dealership and being charged an arm and leg I brought it here where the problem was quickly diagnosed as a worn out key and replaced with a brand new one that worked super slick. Highly recommend this place! Plus they were open on the weekend!
