I dealt with Richard i believe. I was POORLY informed about services and product. I needed a smart electronic key for my car. He told me he would be replace keys. He actually up sold me 2 keys.. One key cost to be about five hundred, he told me to it would be 750 for two. After I had checked that the keys unlock the door and was about to pay, he told me at the last second that it was actually going to cost me $850 because there would be $100 of tax. I paid this price & assume for this place the keys will be in full working order for this price. I unlocked the doors and was satisfied. At the time I did not check the alarm button or the trunk button. The next day, attempted to gain entry via the trunk and to my surprise I discovered that the automatic trunk button and the alarm button both were disabled. I requested that he comes rectify the situation so that the keys will be working as I had spent close to $1,000 on two keys. His response to me was, "I never told you all the buttons would work. Anywhere else you would have paid double the price. I only told you I would let you into the car, not that all the buttons would be working." He refused to fix the situation or offer me any sort of anything. Never once did he tell me that the keys would not be fully functional, in fact he made it sound like they were going to be in perfect working order. I'm at the dealership now replacing the two keys ($783 AT DEALERSHIP AFTER TAX AND WITH A KEY CUT) this is also a lesser cost than he charged me. In addition to that the staff here told me the keys are aftermarket and not a genuine Toyota product. Extremely disappointed as this cost me almost $2,000 to replace two keys. Had this man been somewhat honest I could have at least only Bboughtone key and save some money. Thinking about the better business bureau, this is not right. gain access via the trunk it did not work. BE CAREFUL AND SCREW YOU CENTURY LOCKSMITH

They professed to be a car locksmith when I talked to them over the phone. What I experienced was a couple of un knowledgeable people at just a key cutting shop. They told me that my transponder key was not going to work with my car. I asked if they were trying to clone my key, which was what I did not want. The key I had could not be used for cloning. They just shrugged their shoulders like I was speaking a different language. They wrongly cut the key. I was lucky enough that the key could be fixed. I ended up going to a car dealership who added the key to my car with no issues! Stay away from this place!

I had a repair this morning done on an old deadbolt lock for our garage. Prasheel did a fantastic job with the repair. It only took him 10 minutes with a tiny pin that needed replacing on an old deadbolt lock for the garage. He showed me the problem and replaced just the part and didn't try to upsell me. NO CHARGE. I recommend!

Fair prices and friendly service. I just needed a car key cut that had split into two when my trunk would not turn. Very quick service. A much better option for a quick cut than other mobile locksmiths that charge $30-$40 for the same cut except mobile.
