2016/05/24 I locked myself out of my car along with my cellphone in the parking lot. I contacted the company multiple times to check on their status and was repeatedly told the locksmith was on his way (15-20 mins away). The locksmith arrived after close to a 3 hours wait and he did not seemed too concern about the long delay. Furthermore, he demanded $157.50 for his service. Interestingly, I contacted the company to advice my feedback and all of the sudden they were eager to make amends as they worry their rating were going to be tarnished. I'm spoken to a representative and spent a good 10+ minutes telling me how sorry they were. A moment of weakness decision led me to believe they were genuine and we agreed to revise the review and they will adjust the amount to a reasonable $50. To honour my side of the bargain, I changed my review and sent them a screenshot as proof the same day and followed by them providing me a revised invoice to confirm the revised amount.
2016/05/29 I emailed them after seeing the refund wasn't completed, Al the owner, had his employee contact me and on 2016/06/01 the representative explained to me apparently they did not refunded me as promised and further demanded me to take the whole review down before refunding me. Al decided it is totally okay to take advantage, deceive, lie, cheat and scam his customer as well as not honouring his agreement. At this point I have lost all confidence in his shaddy business practice and unethical behaviour. CUSTOMERS BEWARE
