I called these locksmiths at 3pm on Wednesday they said they had an opening Thursday afternoon and a locksmith would phone me at 9am the next morning to confirm what time in the afternoon they would be by. After waiting till 1130am I phoned back they said I didn't have an appointment and it was my mistake that I didn't talk to the right person to book the appointment. Meanwhile we negotiated a price of $15 a lock and cut the cost of the charge to come by my house as I'm only a few blocks from there store. They said they could come by on Monday? WTH who runs a business like that and is still around...

I went in wanting to ask for a locksmith to come to my place to change my lock, the guy at the desk showed me how easy it is to take the lock apart and bring it in, which would save me $80! He also gave me advise on how to troubleshoot when I install the lock back on the door. Price for rekey and extra copies were very reasonable. Most of all I appreciated his friendly attitude and professional advice. Thank you!

I broke my keys off in the lock to my house front door and tried to fix it myself ultimately destroying the lock . They re keyed the lock and tried to fix it . After returning home and figuring out that it just wouldn't work they replaced the lock to fit the old one free of charge. This is a good business and will definitely go back to them .

Finally, a place to get my keys cut accurately. I’ve had numerous problems with Canadian Tire, they have screwed up my keys and I’ve had to turn around and get them recut. They didn’t even apologize. Anyway, I started going to Executive instead. I noticed it one day while driving to the Cat & The Fiddle, and realized I could try a smaller store that specialized in keys. The staff are friendly, quick, and always accurate. I have never had a problem.

Executive Lock & Safe was the second company I called as the first one didn't call me back or show up. I called Executive at 8:45 am and a tech showed up at 10:30 am. I was referred to this company by Sierra Property Services and I am glad that I called them. So far I am impressed with the quick service and the friendly technician.
