I managed to lock myself out and needed to get back into my apartment after a long day of work. Jim was a great help in resolving this huge Headache. He was ON TIME and It took him LESS THAN A MINUTE to open the lock! Great experience and would definitely recommend. Cheers.

I needed my house cylinders changed and new keys cut. Jim showed up and had the whole job including changing out one of the locks and a complicated patio door done in about an hour. He was one time, friendly and fast. Would give him 10 stars if I could.
