I went get my car key copied there. They gave to job to a new person. He wasn't sure what he was doing and screwed up the key from the beginning but didn't let me know until an hour of waiting. However, the manager at that time didn't even provide him and guidance. He told me the trainee should have waited for the person who works on car key copies, but he was there the whole time beside him and had not said anything until he messed up the key. They only offered to pay me the amount I paid the for key but I will never got the hour I lost.

My wife and I came here the other day to get a house key duplicated. Needless to say, not only was the service efficient, but PROficient. In 10 seconds, Justin had produced two new keys as if he grabbed them out of thin air. Once, I need to make a mail box key and went to several key cutting places. No body could make it. But I got it done at this place. And another time, I was looking for a locksmith to open mail box lock. And they came and able to open quickly. I highly recommend their products and service. Very skillful locksmith here.

These guys know their business. We had the wrong lock on our door at home and didn't know it. It has been a problem for almost 10 years. I went in to get some keys made and asked them about locks. They sold me the right lock and came out to install it the next day. I spoke to 3 different people at this business and they were all friendly, helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new lock and highly recommend this business.

Great service, providing friendly professional advice, carrying a larger selection of key items than most, thus with the ability to quickly cut particular keys of strata buildings that other stores simply do not carry. Being recommended as a first choice, they've proven to help avoid the risk of wasting time (being turned away from other smaller shops that combine too many services but done not as sufficiently).

Went in there after visiting my doctor and started by greeting and the owner or store keeper said "Mam I am helping another customer in a rude manner, very negative" I thought if I say another word he was going to vent his anger at someone, do you think you're the only key cutter in the entire province of....BC or Canada. very bad experience! I used to cut keys there, but recently I went to cut my keys again, the young guy just ignored my presence for around 10 minutes! I turned away and went to Wal Mart nearby, cut my key on the Minute M/C, fast and cheap. No more visit to the vendor!

It's hard to find a 5 star business in this town, but here we are. I actually would rate them a 6 but the parking lot is annoying so only 5 stars (hehe). Really went in just for some advice... and rather than overspending, Kevin took the time to educate me on various options. In the end his informed opinion led me towards locks that were not only secure, but reliable for day to day use (and abuse). I almost lost faith in brick and mortar shops, but if you need real advice, and great service then check these guys out.

Better Locks did some security upgrades in our building. It was a great experience overall. Kevin and Justin are extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Kevin did most of the onsite work. He was great to work with, and extremely respectful of the building (e.g., cleaned up everyday, followed the building's COVID-19 protocols, was willing to answer questions and assist residents, etc.). It has been a few months since they completed the work and the quality has proven to be excellent. I highly recommend!
