I called because my friends were locked out of their rental unit and he was unavailable because his truck was out of order but he was still super helpful. He reccomended me other lock smith's as well as an after hours option for another place. He was also able to awnser my questions about ID being in the house. Knowledable and willing it help! Less than an hour for him to drive out to my house (close to DT Victoria), and to cut me a key for my motorcycle (2007 Honda CBR 125R). very good service. had to call on a sunday 03/21/22021.his name is rob. my key was locked in the on position. could not get it out.he took my whole steering console apart..it was second hand to him.he charged me. 350.00 bucks. plus taxes/ no break on pricing.he was also busy going to his van. to talk to who knows .that turned out to be one and a half hours..24 hr service sucks.i hope he had lunch on that bill. not happy..randy k
