We live in a condominium townhouse so getting work done is always a bit complex. I found UTS on line and they are well worth the 5 star rating. Starting with a prompt return call from Gabe after leaving a voicemail, to scheduling a service call within 24 hours, we got the help we needed with minimal effort. Both entrance doors were loose and causing drafts, as well as the main lock not working well. Val was courteous and knowledgeable and completed all of the work in a very timely manner, explaining everything along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend UTS for any lock or door services as a trustworthy and reliable service provider in the GTA.

Our door lock had been causing trouble for a long time, but this Saturday afternoon it just stopped working. We were about to leave for weekend grocery shopping. Just standing outside our house we searched on google, and we came across UTS group's contact information. We explained to them our problem and luckily one of their technicians was already working in a nearby area. In just a few minutes help arrived and the technician also had a spare lock in his inventory. We were back on our grocery trip in just a little bit over an hour. Quick service and excellent service and the lady on the phone was so courteous and helpful.

5 Stars across the board for UTS Group. They truly understand the meaning of customer service and quality assurance! From the moment I sent off my inquiry, Kimberly responded promptly and was very communicative and assisted me in figuring out what would work with my business (TIFTPA). Andre (General Manager) sent over a stellar proposal that was thorough from what the company is about, info about the equipment and the quoted price was absolutely competitive. For what I got, I thought it would be more. They were able to get an installation team in a few days after signing off on the quote and this team comprising Anthony and Ben were beyond accommodating, informative, efficient and fast. They were really friendly and took the time to explain everything that was happening and above all, helped us to use our new security system efficiently and effectively. If we weren't pampered enough by this, we received a visit from Gabe (I believe a manager as well) who checked in on us as they neared the end of the installation to ensure we were happy with everything which we most definitely were! When it was all said and done, our school is now secured thanks UTS Group and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring security needs! Last Saturday I had to catch my flight for Los Angeles at 5 pm. The airport is 5 km away from my house. I was in hurry. UTS group has installed an automatic door operator and an accessible washroom emergency door operating syatem at our small business location. The installation was done by professional technicians and the work quality was high class. They were punctual to be onsite and completed the work quickly. They even provided us great after installation services. They came onsite for a service call more than a year later and did the fix at no cost to us. From start to finish this was a fantastic, caring and professional service. I was building my restaurant and didn't realize that I needed wheelchair accessible. When the inspector came in and told me I needed it, I didn't know who to call where to turn so I started with Google. Stumbled upon UTS group and a few other companies. UTS group wasn't necessarily cheapest one but by talking to them they sold me on experience and knowledge, I decided to give them a try. Best service Ive received from a contractor. Called UTS Group on Saturday due to my house lock breaking. Techanican Val came within 2 hours and was very professional. He explained the issue and he removed ,provided and installed all new hardware. UTS Group provided me with with quote before sending techanican and price was fair and also was no a dollar more than what was quoted to me. Its hard to find as trustworthy people in this industry. A few days ago one of my ten year old torsion springs on my roll up door broke. The door was now out of service and it was after hours. I called up UTS group service and they arrived on time within few minutes. This is the company i used for door opener replacement about 6 years ago. They are still committed with their services. They replaced the door torsion springs and roll up in very short time. Told me what was the real problem in door. Took a whole check of working. Now the door works like new and I highly recommend them for any kind of door services. They are without a question best in their business!

During my inital call to the office my experience with the office staff was very polite and courteous. Andre was the estimator that came and did my quote. He was on time and came prepared, in addition to being extremely thorough and well educated. He never once tried to take advantage of me like other companies that I had come to give me estimates.
